La maison est vraiment parfaite. Salon et salle à manger spacieux. 4 chambres bien arrangées. Terrasse sur laquelle prendre les repas (à l'ombre le midi et le soir, ce qui est appréciable).Cuisine bien équipée. Quartier très calme.En été, une navette gratuite part de la maison (littéralement !) direction le centre de la Tranche (et l'école de voile) toutes les 30 min (Fun Bus).Proximité des plages (5-10 min à pied).IMPORTANT : pas de WiFi dans la maison. J'ai bien aimé le concept d'être déconnecté. Nos enfants beaucoup moins.

Familienurlaub

Der Check in war sehr unproblematisch. Von Gabrielle und Christian haben wir vor Reiseantritt gute Tipps bekommen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Strandnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 6 Personen. Es hat im Haus an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt toll in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Das Meer ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist rundum gut und praktisch eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gabriëlle und Christian haben uns im Vorfeld viele nützliche Informationen gegeben und Maude vor Ort war auch sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche verlebt.

Moyen décevant

Nous avons du consacrer les premières heures de nos vacances à faire le ménage, lessive de toutes les protections de matelas qui n avaient certainement jamais été entretenues, nettoyage de la rampe d escalier collante et grasse, des bois de lits poisseux, repasser la vaisselle au lave-vaisselle nettoyage des tiroirs de la cuisine…bref cette maison est mal entretenue. La literie est fatiguée et peu confortable les oreillers sont sales et méritent d être remplacés. Les équipements de la maison sont corrects sauf le four dont la fonction micro-onde est HS la porte ne reste pas bien fermée. Il n y a pas de transat ou chaises longues pour permettre de se reposer dans le jardinet qui est plutôt mal entretenu.mis à part l emplacement de la maison proche de la plage du phare, la prestation de cette location n est pas à la hauteur du prix de 1900€ la semaine, il y aurait quelques investissements à faire pour améliorer tout ça.

Nous avons désolé et étonné d’apprendre que votre séjour chez nous n'était pas le séjour que vous espériez. Notamment parce que nous avons séjourné dans notre maison de vacances la semaine avant votre arrivée. Seulement nous ne reconnaissons pas l'image que vous esquissez de notre maison de vacances. La maison était propre (aussi l’escalier, les protections de matelas, les lits et la cuisine) au jour de notre départ et votre arrivée. Donc, c’est dommage d’apprendre votre optique, justement nous faisons tout pour prendre soin que nos hôtes ont un séjour très agréable. Heureusement nous n’avons pas eu d’autres remarques negatives de nos hôtes cette année.

Entspannter Urlaub am endlosen Sandstrand

Unseren Urlaub im idyllischen La Tranche haben wir sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses und dessen Nähe zum Strand haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Größe und Ausstattung passte gut zu unseren Bedürfnissen (es gab ausreichend Geschirr, eine komplette und funktionstüchtige Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine, immer warmes Wasser, regelmäßige Müllabfuhr…diese Dinge haben wir in anderen Ferienwohnungen auch schon ganz anders erlebt…). Frische Croissants bekommt man um die Ecke, und alles andere findet man im großen Super U am Stadtrand. Meistens waren wir am Meer an einem der bewachten Bereiche des endlosen Sandstrands. Wer‘s braucht nutzt die Angebote der vielen Surfschulen vor Ort. Wind und Wellen dafür sind ideal. Alternativ haben wir Ausflüge unternommen, z.B. in den nahegelegenen Pinienwald, zu den Inseln in der Umgebung oder natürlich nach La Rochelle, alles sehr lohnenswert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, von der Buchung bis zum Check-Out verlief alles reibungslos. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Très bel emplacement mais une maison mal entretenue

La maison se situe dans un quartier un peu en dehors du centre de la Tranche très calme et à quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs plages. Pourtant nous avons été déçus par un ménage très approximatif à notre arrivée, des équipements cassés (douche du rdc) ou manquants (micro ondes) . Les 2 lavabos des salles de bains étaient bouchés ainsi que la douche du 1er étage. La poubelle de recyclage était pleine à ras bord. Les housses des fauteuils et des canapés du salon auraient besoin d’un bon nettoyage. La vaisselle à disposition est insuffisante (par exemple 3 bols pour 7 couchages possibles ) Enfin dans les serviettes mises à disposition pas de draps de bain. Tous ces manquements ont contribué à dégrader nos impressions sur ce séjour.

Heerlijk huis in een super omgeving

Het huis is heel compleet alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Vlakbij het strand en restaurantjes. Grote supermarkt dichtbij. Fijn contact met eigenaren en contact persoon lokaal.

Un séjour familial au calme

Maison simple et très agréable à vivre. Belle proximité avec la plage et la forêt pour des promenades par ces journées d’hiver. Seule regret : l’absence de wifi, mais la coupure avec le stress du monde n’en n’est que plus complète. Chauffage tout à fait satisfaisant et la cheminée est un plus bien agréable. Claude B

Maison à La Tranche Sur Mer

Bonjour, Notre séjour au sein de cette maison a été très sympathique ainsi que l'accueil pour l'arrivée et le départ. Les conforts intérieurs et extérieurs sont conformes à la description de l'annonce su site avec quelques petits aménagements à modifier (signalés au propriétaire). Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, l'environnement (foret, jeux pour les enfants, etc...) ainsi que tout le confort global de la maison que nous recommanderons à toutes nos connaissances souhaitant passer des vacances à La Tranche Sur Mer. Les différents marchés locaux sont aussi très sympathiques et agréables. Nous vous remercions et vous souhaitons une bonne fin de journée.

Een fijne familievakantie aan zee in een mooie en rustige omgeving.

Kindvriendelijk ook voor hele kleine kinderen door de aanwezigheid van traphekjes en een volledig ommuurde tuin. Wij hebben dit huis gehuurd vanwege de loopafstand van het bos en de zee, de afwezigheid van een zwembad en de 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. In de garage was wat speelgoed, dat was leuk. La Grande Plage in La Tranche is heel gezellig, veilig en niet al te ver rijden. De keuken is goed voorzien van spullen, zodat we prima konden koken. En we hadden ook nog mooi septemberweer. Alles in orde.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Raumaufteilung und alles da, was man braucht. Dicht am Meer .

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen am Meer. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und durch die zwei Garagen, hat man auch viel Stauraum für Fahrräder und Strandsachen. Das Leuchtturmviertel ist eine ruhige Wohngegend und zum Meer läuft man 2 Minuten.

Eine Empfehlung!

Das Örtchen Le Phare liegt ruhig und ist sehr interessant für Wassersportler, Familien und Menschen, die keine Lust auf Touristen-Rummel haben. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und großzügig geschnitten (wir waren mit zwei Familien dort). Es sind wirklich nur 200m zum Strand und man hat viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung (Fahrradtouren, Fossilien sammeln, Waldspielplatz, Ausflüge nach La Rochelle, Sables d Olonne etc.). Eine Empfehlung!

Un séjour très bien passé!

Notre séjour c'est très bien passé dans votre maison! Elle est très agréable, parfaitement équipée et très propre, bravo! Les lits sont très confortables. Il y a toute la vaisselle nécessaire, ainsi que l'électroménager complet. Les enfants ont été ravis de profiter du jardin et de la plage pas loin.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons fait un séjour très agréable dans votre maison! La maison, et surtout la cuisine, sont bien équipées, il ne nous a manqué de rien! Les meubles et les lits sont très confortables. La proximité de la belle plage et la forêt nous a plu beaucoup. C'était très agréable notamment pour les enfants et ceux qui aiment le surfing. Commencer la journée par prendre le pétit-dejeuner dans le jardin ensoleillé, c'était pour nous vraiment villégiaturer!
