Beautiful Villa with heated pool - just 10 minutes from the sea!
La Marette is situated on the edge of the village which is in itself situated within a Bird Sanctuary and Natural Reserve yet only 10 minutes from the golden beaches of the Vendee!
This well-maintained and pretty villa consists of 3 double/triple bedrooms plus a self-contained studio with a king-sized bed and a bed settee with its own toilet and wet room. The main house has a well-proportioned bathroom, including a sofa bath with a shower and a fitted corner shower cabinet, including massage jets. There is a separate toilet.
The open-plan lounge/dinner/kitchen is well equipped with a pellet fireplace (new in 2024) and leads onto a large patio and an attractive 2000 sq. meter garden. The 10 x 5-meter pool is heated between May and October (April depending on the weather) and is surrounded by countryside, palm trees and bamboo. It is cleaned and maintained during your stay. The pool area is set within a fenced garden to the side of the villa. It is surrounded by roses, lavender and Russian sage. Sunbeds and a poolside table and chairs are provided. On the main patio, accessed via French doors from both the main house and the studio, is a large table with benches and a gas barbeque. The studio and the main bedroom overlook the pool.
There is a children's play area with swings, a trampoline, table tennis and an outdoor toy box. Books, games.
