Aloha and welcome to our Hale Okakopa, Fairway Villas A22 in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Each room features its own treasures: from intuitive Sapele built-ins like the kitchen desk and entry bench, to the tropical elegance of the primary suite—complete with a handsome king-size bed and spacious granite vanity in the bath.

Emerge onto the covered lanai and enjoy your elevated vantage point of the lush 1st fairway and gorgeous Mauna Kea beyond. A bistro table and chairs on the lanai provide the perfect place to perch with your morning coffee and evening glass of wine.

As part of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, your vacation villa includes access to indulgent amenities, like a sparkling infinity pool, an elevated spa, a BBQ Grill area and a fitness center.
Each of the villa's two bedrooms has an adult-size bed and its own private bath.

Fairways Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a gated community nestled in the Kohala coast. The complex has 2 or 3 bedroom townhomes with golf course views, features swimming pools and spas, and a work out facility, conveniently next to King shops and close to the Queens' Marketplace for shopping, restaurant and a movie theater. Close to 'Anaeho'omalu Bay for snorkeling and other water activities.

The condo looked exactly as pictured - quality, comfortable furniture, including the bed. The woodwork is beautiful throughout the rooms and is in nice condition. The kitchen was equipped with kitchen tools, dishes, pots and pans and some condiments. We loved the view from the lanai, the semi privateness.The location is great - easy access to the King's and Queen's Villages and about a 12 minuted walk to the beach. The host agent was very friendly and accommodating! Easy to reach.

Two couples, one from CA, the other from VA. Very comfortable furnishings, nice view, clean and neat, beautiful wood in the kitchen area. Totally enjoyed being close to 2 nice shopping centers, coffee, restaurants, etc.The guys played golf on the course that you look at off the lanai and enjoyed that and the discount they got for staying on the property!

Great location in the middle of the Kona - Kohala coast. Great beaches, snorkeling and other activities. Beautiful place! Very clean and the property manager is excellent! She responds quickly and kindly. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. My husband is a woodworker and enjoyed the well made cabinets and woodwork made by the owner. This place will not disappoint!
