HIGHLANDS UNDER GRACE. 2 1/2 Minutes from Main Street Highlands with a great Mountain View!
Highlands Grace Cottage is a 2 bedroom (each with a queen bed) one bath, located inside Highlands City limits and just 2 1/2 minutes from Main Street. Very nice setting and close to many restaurants and all Highlands NC has to offer. No children under 16 years old. No pets!

Beautiful Gas Stone Fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. Large brand new Laundry room.

If you are adventurous, take a hike at one of our many famous trails with a guide or hire Highlands Excursions to take you sight seeing where you might not dare to go by yourself.

The new covered wood deck has a nice view of Shortoff and Whiteside Mountains and an elevation that keeps things quite nice and cool during the summer. New deck and chairs with a new outdoor Gas Grille to keep you outdoors and enjoying our slice of heaven.

Each bedroom is equipped with new AC units and new ceiling fans and a Mountain View. The rest of the house has ceiling fans. The one bathroom is completely updated has a walk in shower and new heated tile flooring.

The house comes with bedding, towels, umbrellas, sunscreen, and There is a nice sized TV in main room with remotes and Dish Satellite Network and free WiFi during your stay!

If you are a golfer, we own Bobby Grace Putters (which is located on the property) so you can get fitted to a new putter while you are here and we live on the top floor so can assist with any questions that may come up during your stay.
We have maid service before you arrive, but should you need additional maid service, it can be arranged for an extra fee.

Easy Highlands Access-Great Views-Awesome Homeowners

Bobby and Ann are two of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will meet. The home is comfortable and extremely clean with many nice extras. Easy drive to Highlands or Cashiers. Great views with an awesome fireplace. Perfect accommodation for 2-3 or 4 individuals. I hate to recommend because we would love to keep this gem to ourselves. Bobby and Ann, thank you for an incredible week!

Fall Get A Way in Western NC Mountains

This was our first visit to Highlands NC and to the Western NC Mountains. We wanted to experience the color change to visit many of the unique attractions of the area with an emphasis on waterfalls and hiking to special destinations such as Sunset Rock in Highlands. Bobby & Ann have done an excellent job is providing their guests with not only necessities but some of the "little thiings' that make an Airbnb stay very enjoyable. The communications with Bobby was easy prior to and during our stay. They provided us some great recommensations for attractions; some of our neighbors gave us a great tip in making dining reservations at least a week before our arrival which paid off. Even though the house was on one of the main roads into Highlands (Route 64), our apartment was in the back of the property and was very quiet. Our deck had a varity of comfortable chairs with views of the trees on which one can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the early evening. Although we did not avail ourselves of it, there is a Weber grill on the deck for the use of the guests. The location is just about a mile and one-half from town but not available for walking which is not a problem as we just drove to Highlands and walked to all of the destinations of interest to us.
