On Island Time is your perfect low country beach escape — a thoughtfully renovated villa designed for relaxed family vacations, where every detail invites you to slow down, unwind, and soak in island life. Just a quick walk to the beach, Lowcountry Celebration Park, shops, restaurants, and pickleball courts. It’s equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.

Step inside to an open, airy main level bathed in natural light. The spacious living area features a large, comfortable sectional sofa, two arm-chairs, an ottoman, a smart TV for streaming movie nights or sports, and sliding glass doors that open directly to your balcony — ideal for morning coffee with ocean breezes or sunset cocktails.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a deep sink, ample cabinet space, modern appliances, and everything needed to prepare big family meals or casual beach snacks. A breakfast bar seats 3, while the rustic dining table comfortably accommodates up to 8 for low country boils, game nights, or shared dinners.

A convenient half bath is on the main level, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for easy laundry after sandy days.

Head to the main-floor master suite for ultimate privacy and comfort: a plush king bed with coastal seashell bedding, a spacious dresser that doubles as a convertible stand-up desk (perfect for remote work), smart TV, plenty of storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, the second master suite offers another king bed, a traditional desk with an extra monitor for productivity, a TV with Roku, and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunks — great for kids or extra guests — and includes its own ensuite bathroom with an oversized tub/shower combo, smart TV, and ample closet space.

All bedrooms feature cozy, high-quality linens and thoughtful touches like bedside lamps, convenient charging blocks, books to borrow and beach-inspired art.

High-speed secure Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) keeps everyone connected, and keyless entry makes arrival seamless. You’ll have full access to the villa (excluding the owner’s closet and one laundry cabinet), plus key cards for the community pool and back gate for quick beach/park access. Shared beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, toys — (use at your own risk; not sanitized between guests) are available in the outdoor storage closet. Please Bring Your Own Beach Towels - We are unable to provide beach towels, so please remember to pack your own or pick some up on the island. We highly recommend the quick-dry towels!

Wonderful family villa

We had a wonderful time at Spring wood On Island Time Villa. The Villa was clean and spacious enough for our family of 7. We were able to walk to most places including the beach. I am glad we were able to use their beach supplies this was one less thing we had to pack. I would recommend this villa. If we decide to come back we will be booking again!

Great location and spacious villa

Our family had a wonderful time at this villa. We have vacationed in Hilton Head many times and this is our new favorite spot. There is plenty of seating, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms were all great sizes. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away. We also enjoyed being so close to the shops and grocery store at Coligny Plaza - we only used our car one time the entire trip! The restaurants directly behind the villa were also amazing. Amigos is a must try! Meg was a wonderful host and kept in close communication with us. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere!

The condo is spacious, and the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The decor is great, every room has a great beach/ocean theme. Loved the lagoon and turtles out back. Pool is easy to walk to, right behind condo. But doesn’t open until 10 am. The beach was a little far to walk with young children. We drove over, dropped our stuff and parked across the street. The beach was great! Check in is with a property management company that is not on site, but about a mile away. They were helpful. The condo really needed a thorough cleaning of the baseboards and dusting. The floors needed mopping. The management company offered to send the cleaners over to do that, but I didn’t want them in the condo while we were out. The owner apologized personally, and also offered to have them cleaned. As we were were there for 3 nights, I chose not to. I am sure that issue has been resolved. The internet went out, but there are instructions on how to reset it. We Would definitely return . The two master bedrooms Are quite large, and the bunk bed room also had enough room for 2 adults and 2 children. The beach chairs in the storage unit were great to have and we used the carts to pull our things onto the beach. We enjoyed our beach time.

We absolutely love this wonderful villa and location! This is our second time renting this property and we were not disappointed! Great trip to Hilton Head

Condo was very attractive, just as pictured in the listing. Everything was very clean. We made all our breakfasts and morning coffee in the kitchen. We enjoyed a couple of trips to the beach. We were just minutes away from the shopping at coligny shopping center. Great time of year to go with weather pleasantly warm and not too crowded at very wide beaches. Great trip!!

An enjoyable stay

We were in Hilton Head visiting family. Meg’s place is very convenient for our needs. It has a great layout for our family with team/young adult kids. Best of all, it’s a short walkable distance to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, drug stores, etc. Meg is a very responsive host. She responded to our very minor issues very timely. A minor point to mention is that there is no shampoo or body wash, so bring your bathroom amenities. CVS is really close if you need to get something quick. We will definitely check the availability of this villa when we are back to visit family next year.

Christmas in Hilton Head 2021

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful Villa. The accommodations were perfect, clean, and beautifully decorated. The villa is spacious, and cozy and it has every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools necessary for cooking and baking. My daughter and I baked cookies for Santa on our trip. The beach is an easy walk or bike ride. We did both. We did our last minute holiday shopping all over the island from the outlet mall to Harbor town! Meg and her family were excellent hosts and always responded to any questions we had immediately! They gave us excellent recommendations for dining and activities to enjoy. There is also a huge park right out the back door to explore! We are so excited to return to this villa in July for our next family vacation. We would give this villa 10 stars if that were an option! You won’t be disappointed!

lovely week at lovely condo

We were a group of 4 women in their 60s. The condo was beautiful and completely refurbished. Stairway leading up to 2nd floor condo is narrow and steep. Location to beach was very convenient although it is technically walking distance, if you are carrying a chair, umbrella, cooler, etc you would want to drive to the free parking across the street. Directions to beach left in condo were very confusing. FYI: Entry to pool area is only possible by narrow spiral staircase outside back patio which is a challenge for anyone with a baby or small child or senior citizen. I met a lot of friendly people at the pool also visiting from out of state. A lot of great restaurants and we took the 1 hour drive to Savannah and 2 hour drive to Charleston during our visit. Make sure you get to Kenny B's for breakfast and beignets at least once. You can cut through the trash area to the back of the plaza that also has bike rentals.
