Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love HHI! Ocean One is tremendous....only issue was that the condo could use some updates as the rental prices continue to rise as well.

In drastic need of updating. Vintage furniture that even Goodwill would reject. Not a good value for a high-priced listing... but the location is good.

The view was amazing. Loved that there were two king sized beds and each one had ocean view! Pool was heated and loved sitting out by the fire places. Easy access to the beach as well. The place had everything we needed. Well stocked with all the essentials. The condo, however, needs updating. The bathrooms need some attention ( pealing wallpaper, new shower accessories) and could have been cleaned better- hair and grime in the corners. Bed comforters need to be cleaned as they were stained. Needs new deck furniture. There were only two chairs and they were sadly in disrepair. Don’t get me wrong, we loved our stay. It just needs some tender loving care to bring it back to awesome!
