Apartment of 23 m² for 4 people with secure access, located on the 1st floor of the residence Le Center,
 400m from the beach and close to all shops.

Composed of an entrance, a living room with a friendly space with kitchenette and a living room with tv, equipped with a new sofa convertible into bed for 2 people (bed 160).
A separate cabin with a bunk bed for 2 people (bedding 90).
A bathroom containing a large shower, a vanity unit and toilet.
Cupboards and storage.
Balcony with table and chairs, south facing with view of planted wooded space not overlooked.

A private parking space on adjoining parking.
Local bike common.

Beau studio avec balcon

Nous avons grandement apprécié le calme de la résidence, très bien située , à environ 400 mètres de la plage, une boulangerie à 200m, boucherie, et depuis peu un petit supermarché. Coup de coeur pour : - le balcon, orientation sud , vue sur le petit parc , cerise sur le gâteau : chant des oiseaux !!! - la salle de bain superbe et extrêmement agréable, de l'eau bien chaude, et en extra , une climatisation qui vous permet de chauffer la salle de bain. Et pour ce qui est de la plage.... sable fin et dunes, des kilomètres à perte de vue, j'ai adoré !!! Je recommande vivement le studio de notre hôte Xavier, merci pour son accueil. Nous reviendrons !

Fonctionnel et bien placé

Petit logement, mais fonctionnel et très bien placé. Assez loin du centre pour échapper à la rumeur des animations et concerts nocturnes. Assez proche pour pouvoir tout faire à pied, ou en vélo puisqu'un local sécurisé dédié aux cycles est disponible. La literie est correcte mais manque de confort pour ma part, question de gabarit. Les parties communes manquent un peu de fraîcheur, mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien. Accueil discret, disponibilité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement proche de la mer, et d'un centre ville dynamique ! Un grand merci à Xavier pour sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour Plusieurs semaine apres la fin de notre sejour, je suis revenue vers Xavier pour m'aider dans des démarches administratives compliquées pour une aide financière de mon CE, et Xavier à toujours répondu dans les plus bref délai malgré les nombreux justificatifs demandés... un grand merci pour cette aide précieuse, gage de confiance et de serieux !

Le printemps à Ste Cécile près de la mer

Très joli appartement au soleil Bien aménagé pour y passer une agréable semaine et profiter de la plage, du marché d’Etaples, et assister au programme des Cerfs-volants de Berck.
