House was fantastic and Ann was very responsive. Only issue was the upstairs e/e outlets could not handle all the stuff we plugged in and the breaker popped off a couple of times and we lost power for a few minutes each time. Ann let us know where breaker box was and we flipped breaker back on and all was good. Not a big issue for us at all and we would gladly stay here again. Great location and lots of food and entertainment options nearby. Thank you, Ann!

Bachelorette Party

We rented this house for the weekend out for my cousin's bachelorette party. It was located perfectly for everywhere that we wanted to go and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was super clean and very homey as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone needing a place around this location.

This is the third time we have stayed here. It is a great house in a great neighborhood. 10-15 min walk to downtown Overland Park. About 20 min drive to nearly every area in KC. Have stayed here before and will stay again!
