Great location!!!

This was the best rental we have had in UT. It was close to Lagoon, Cherry Hill and Boondocks. Not to far away there are many grocery stores to load up on food as well. I would highly recommend this rental. Cute, clean and very convenient.

Amazing Home!

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO and it was absolutely amazing! The location was great and the neighborhood was very safe. The house is beautiful and the back yard was perfect for our BBQ with family and granddaughters. Our communication with the owner, Marisa, was great! She responded immediately to our questions and was very helpful. We will only stay here from here on out on our annual trips to Utah!

Base Camp for Lagoon

My wife and two kids stayed at this property for two nights to visit Lagoon amusement park. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property host was very kind and communicative. She even checked in with us to make sure we were ok. I loved this house. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed with our adult children and infant grandchild. There was plenty of room. We were able to hear the baby cry, if we needed too, without needing a monitor. We were even able to host a family gathering for family in the area.

A wonderful feature of this home is the neighborhood. Kaysville is a safe quiet place and the surrounding neighbors are fantastic. The yard is fenced and perfect for children to get outdoors. There is a library and public park with playgrounds with a splash park within walking distance. The home is professionally decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and a very large backyard with a patio, firepit, and basketball standard.
