We have replaced the barbeque with a new 4 burner unit and have advised the landscaping team to remove any of the plum debris from the decorative fruit trees in the back patio area. We have also replaced the mattress to a memory foam gel hybrid which runs cooler. Glad you recognized the value and low price for the size/location.

Thanks for bringing these issue to our attention. We have replaced the carpet for the entire first floor so this is now new. In terms of the towels, these were in the dryer and as we noted to accomodate the courtesy early check in your requested the cleaner did not have time for the cycle to end with your early arrival time. Sorry there was a misunderstanding here! In terms of any outdoor figures, the HOA works with a private security firm that does routine patrols and I know they walk to complex every night. My feeling is that the outdoor figure you were these patrolmen. We have never had any reported vehicle break ins and take community safety very seriously. This location is also an east side location and very safe. With the added nightime security patrol we are confident that there is a very low risk of any type of incident. However, we will certainly investigate this.
