Perfectly Fine

Perfectly fine condo at Wild Dunes. Listing is accurate, well decorated, easy check-in, clean and spacious. Met all our basic needs but some areas for improvement:- A/C doesn't distribute evenly (i.e., one bedroom was very hot while other was very cold)- shower was tricky to temperature adjust- not well insulated, can hear every footstep in unit above- no basic kitchen items included (no coffee, no S&P, etc.)

Long weekend for a wedding

The property was nice, comfortable and very clean. It is attractively decorated and the beds and furniture are very good. We enjoyed the pool at the swim center.We needed better information about the code to get in (you have to press# first then the code). We were not told that and had to try different things until we figured it out.We were told to use the regime pool and we should use the fob but there was no fob and there was no “regime pool”on the map or shown online. Our requests to the owner/manager were not answered timely and did not answer our questions. Finally they didn’t answer at all.There were two bottles of water as a welcome but no starter set for coffee or any spices at all for cooking so bring everything you need.The TV remote in the living room did not have instructions. The remote for the LR fan did not work.We guessed about check out activities but there were no instructions about that either. Hopefully they will correct these issues for future guests.
