BEST VIEWS⛰& LOCATION-WALK to RESTAURANTS/FRED’s 🛒/SLOPES⛷ & sledding hill🛷

We have a beautifully decorated condo in Klonteska, which is very centrally located. We are within WALKING distance of the City Hall, Police Station, visitor center, sledding hill and a couple of restaurants, such as the Brick Oven Restaurant with (weather permitting) MINI GOLF and FREE MOVIES on a big outdoor screen😊! And you can even walk to Fred's Mercantile, to do your groceries. Their motto is "If we don't have it, you don't need it".
In the spring, summer and fall, there are many beautiful hikes to do nearby and during the winter you can enjoy hikes using snowshoes (shoes available to rent at reasonable price). Even though we aren’t a “true ski in ski out” location, we are only 400 feet away of the nearest ski slope. This is less then the amount of walking you do from the parking lot of the ski resort to the ski lifts.
And that’s why most of our guests choose to walk to the slopes, ski down and use the lifts to come back up.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 8.

The master bedroom is adjacent to the main balcony. It has a queen size bed, flat screen TV + Amazon fire stick, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, dual sinks and a toilet.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower bath combo and a private balcony.

The third bedroom has 1 twin size Bunk bed and one queen size bed with the 3rd bathroom adjacent to it. This bathroom features a shower/bath combo. And this bedroom also features a flatscreen smart tv.

The Kitchen is open and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and all the tools you need to cook a gourmet meal. It includes dinnerware for large groups.

Our dining room has a large table that seats up to 10.

The family room has a gas fireplace and is very cozy and inviting. We have a sofa, a love seat and 3 additional accent chairs to provide comfort for large groups. The family room also has a small desk with a HP printer/scanner. The condo has WiFi, cable TV and we offer FREE NETFLIX for your convenience.

The condo has beautiful hardwood floors throughout with the exception of a tile floor in the master bathroom and in the third bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has carpet.

Our decks overlooks Grandfather and Sugar Mountain ALL YEAR ROUND. We have sliding chairs on both decks and a large picnic table on the main deck. We also provide extra camping chairs, an umbrella and a cooler.

Our unit is in the newest and highest located building in Klonteska. It is a single level unit located on the second floor. There are 11 steps to the entrance of the unit (5 steps, a small landing followed by another 6 steps). And they connect to a beautiful new front deck. So besides enjoying beautiful long range views from our decks in the back. We now also have a wonderful deck in the front from where you can enjoy watching all kinds of wild life. Check out our pictures, they show you from how close by you can enjoy deer, chipmunks, squirrels, groundhogs, humming birds and so much more!
Our building has 4 units and there are six parking spaces in the front of top units 2 (ours) & 4. If possible, park in the bigger parking area, which accommodates 2 cars parked behind each other. The condo association allows us 3 parking spaces. If you need a 3rd space, park on the side or in the back of the building.
