This condo is spacious, beautiful and close to everything, especially Grandfather Mountain. There are 4 full bathrooms, which was great for my 7 hiking friends and I. It's clean, beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating for 10 people. The 2 balconies are overlooking a large pond. The beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms and the kitchen are well stocked. Communication with the owner was great, check-in was easy. We felt very comfortable, like home, and will definitely stay there again if we're back in that area!

Our family of 6 plus the grandparents loved our stay this past week. We loved being able to just walk up the hill to ski, tube and skate. The weather was perfect and while the house is older we still had everything we needed. If we ever come back to Sugar Mtn we will definitely try to stay here again!

The location in proximity to Sugar Mt for skiing could not be beat. Grandchildren could walk over to the slopes. The property was spacious for all of us and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Check in and out was very easy. Try to arrive before dark as the unit number is small and hard to see.

Laura’s place was wonderful. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family ski trip to Sugar Mountain. Laura was an excellent host. Some of the beds need replaced. The king bed in the room with the trundle bed has broken springs. Great location for ski trip. We thought it was expensive considering the beds.

Ski weekend with high school boys.

I carried my son, a couple of his buddies, and a couple of my adult guy friends on our annual ski trip to Sugar Mtn. Ideal location at the bottom of the lodge. Very clean condo as described. The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. We will be back next year for sure.

Stay here and it will like you are visiting a friend. 4 comfortable beds with private baths. It was the perfect size for our group.
