Old town roof top living at its finest. Great place, very roomy, very clean. Had everything we could have needed. James was very quick to reply to any questions I had. Check in was very easy, went well. Great place to stay!
Excellent property! We stayed for two nights and the house was an excellent retreat for our group! The house was immaculate and everything was as described! It was actually updated from the pictures! Thank you so much for an excellent stay! We will definitely stay again!

Travis,
We're delighted to hear that everyone enjoyed themselves! You were model guests and so thoughtful in your communication.
This Old Town Rooftop home was perfect for our family while in town for a wedding. It is spacious, well appointed, and immaculate. The hot tub was a bonus! It is very close to downtown restaurants and nightlife. The hosts are top notch. This will be our go to next time we are in town.

Nice Place, with Minor Problems
Great location, and a clean and well furnished place. Overall a very nice place, but I do have a few minor suggestions. (1) the listing said there was a two car garage, but when we got there the owners car was in one stall, and it was parked so far over that we could not use the other stall either. Not a major problem as weather was good and there is plenty of street parking, but nonetheless the listing was misleading and we had specifically looked for a place with a 2 car garage; (2) the deadbolt locks were very hard to use--it took us 15 minutes to open the door on arrival, which is very disconcerting after a long trip; (3) the only dresser in the master was full with owner's clothes, which meant we had to live out of our suitcases. Suggest they put in another dresser for guest use.

I'm sorry to hear about those minor issues, but I'm glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and nice furnishings!
The deadbolt in the garage can get a bit sticky when the weather gets cold, but am very sorry for the stress there. In the future we'll just lock handle of the door to the main house.
This home is close to everything in Fort Collins. It has everything you need for a short trip.. although it doesn’t have a dryer which would have been super helpful but not necessary. The owners were very nice and easy to work with.
The property is in an excellent location (under 10 min. walk) close to the fantastic Old Town Ft. Collins. Poudre River bike/walking trail (over 20 miles long) is a 3 min. walk and 1 min. bike ride from the home. The rooftop deck is awesome with unobstructed views of Horsetooth Mountain and the peaks at Rocky Mtn. Nat'l. Park. We will stay again if it is available for our next trip.
James and Mandy were wonderful hosts. Their residence was clean and we felt at home with everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying when visiting Fort Collins.

Why they chose this property
This is our home and we enjoy how easy it is to stroll to the nearby river park or Old Town so we thought others might enjoy staying here too.
What makes this property unique
This house has a lovely rooftop deck and is a quick jaunt to New Belgium and O'dell breweries, in addition to Old Town.
