This spacious townhome is the perfect landing pad for all your Fort Collins adventures! It is just blocks from Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and the scenic Poudre River Trail; it is also only a 15-minute drive from Horsetooth Reservoir. You will absolutely love being able to borrow the complimentary cruiser bikes to explore the area before heading back to rest and recharge. The warm wood accents, custom designer touches and plush king-sized beds will make this feel like your “home away from home”.

This 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome is conveniently located within walking distance to Old Town Fort Collins where you can find the best nightlife, restaurants and shopping. It is also near the Poudre River Trail which allows easy access to Lee Martinez Park and the Poudre River Whitewater Park – both great adventures for the whole family! Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing near the river, or shopping in Old Town, and then come back to enjoy our spacious townhome. You will love the quiet, urban neighborhood while still being so close to all the action.

Lights in certain rooms, flickered on and off. There are some maintenance issues that need to be tended to. The pick up and drop off of the garbage cans was a surprise to us when we heard the Garage Door opening late at night. Response time is very delayed. If there’s an emergency, I would require faster response time.

We had a really nice trip. We had a little hiccup with the hvac but the only reason I mention it is to tell you that Stacy and her team were ON IT. They sent someone right over, arranged a repair and communicated with us about it. Really good service and a really nice place.

Fantastic Birthday Getaway

Great condo walking distance to brewery

My family, grandma included, had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It is close to Old Town, New Belgium and walking distance to grab a coffee at The Human Bean. Would definitely stay there on our next visit.
