Volume, light and space for this beautiful renovation of an old stable. Very calm, all comfort. Warm and harmonious decoration. Large terrace of 100 m2, facing south, overlooking garden of 3000 m2 with heated pool (9x4 m) covered back and before season. Plus: A family of 5 can even be isolated in an adjoining part of the main house (private garden with round above ground pool (diameter 4,60m). Nort sur Erdre: green holiday resort. 30 minutes by car: Nantes capital of the Pays de la Loire South west, 1 hour by car La Baule, Croisic, the salt marshes of Guérande, Brière ... To the east: Angers and the chateaux of the Loire. North: Rennes, capital of Brittany Loire Atlantique: a department to discover!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The stay was very enjoyable despite the poor weather. Accommodation ideal for a large family. Good facilities & location. Swimming pool was excellent. Kitchen rather small & ground floor bedroom shower needed a wall holder. Otherwise really good.

Lovely quiet location. Big garden. Great place for a family gathering. Spacious and well-equipped accommodation. Pool was a huge hit. Proprietors quick to respond to any questions. Being in the countryside inevitably meant a lot of flies and at night mosquitoes. Small improvement suggestion would be availability of fans in the bedrooms to make sleeping more comfortable in very hot weather and deter mosquitoes. We had a very successful stay.

Groot leefgedeelte en overdekt terras met grote tafel en voldoende zitplaats. Omheind zwembad vlak aan het terras is super. Keuken was niet te groot, maar ok. Frigo kon wat groter voor een grote groep. Goed dat we het aanpalend huisje erbij hadden geboekt voor de 2e frigo. Die was echt wel nodig. Voor de rest was alles goed voorzien van keukengerei, alsook handdoeken, wc-papier, handzeep, palletjes voor pingpong, beetje speelgerief voor kindjes voor binnen en buiten. Kortom top locatie!

Nous avons apprécié l’espace extérieur, et la disposition générale des lieux où on peut vivre autant en groupe que séparément. Superbe propriété ! Nous avons profité des 2 gîtes, à 10 adultes et 8 enfants de 2,5 à 9 ans. Piscine très agréable, bien accessible à tous âges et protégée avec verrouillage possible. Attention, une chambre double est notablement plus petite, un peu difficile à loger en ces jours chauds, mais ces températures étaient exceptionnelles. Bonne fraîcheur au jardin avec les ombrages. Cuisine et vaisselle : bien équipé, fonctionnel et bien fourni. Séjour apprécié de tous !

Le gros plus de cette maison à cette époque est le auvent qui permet d’être dehors même lorsqu’il pleut, pour jouer au Ping pong ou boire l’apéritif. Le petit moins est que le bois de chauffage n’est pas fourni pour la cheminée. A ce prix, c’est un peu chiche

Très belle rénovation, adaptée pour les week-ends entres amis. Un grand espace extérieur abrité qui permet de profiter même par temps maussade! Le jardin est très agréable. Flexibilité appréciable sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. Un seul bémol sur la propreté des lieux, surtout la cuisine, les chaises et la table de l’extérieur que j’ai du laver avant l’arrivée des invités.
