Independent house located in a quiet area, at the edge of the Gâvre forest, 8 km from Blain, 40 km from Nantes, and close to the owners' farm (cereals - no animals).
Enclosed garden of 2500 m² with north and south terrace. Ping-pong and Molky games available.
Ground floor: kitchen/living room open to the living room with fireplace insert, 3 bedrooms (1: 2 beds 90x190, 2: bed 140x190, 3: bed 160x200), shower room, separate toilet and shower room/wc accessible to PRM.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 140x190) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player.
Included: electricity and aerothermal heating.
Not included: sheets, towels, wood and tourist tax.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

Endroit paisible.

Le gîte est "dans son jus", avec des salles d'eau rénovées, mais pas nickel... Et le rideau de douche de l'une d'elles gâche tout. Pas beaucoup d'entretien des volets, par exemple, très difficiles à fermer.Les fenêtres ne sont pas nettoyées non plus.Pas de tampons sous les pieds de chaises qui crissent sur le carrelage, bruit désagréable quand certains dorment encore. Un lit n'est pas utilisable : le sommier a un pied central qui cogne par terre. Les autres literies sont bonnes.
