Had issues with hot water which were fixed extremely promptyly even though we were staying over a weekend. The host was extremely responsive. Location was great, close enough to walk to the resort base. Funky multi-level condo, but well maintained and had everything that we needed.

Holiday Ski Trip

Perfect location and nicely appointed condo with updated bathrooms. We especially loved the wood burning stove — a very enjoyable way to keep the place warm!

great property and location. Worth noting for older guests the main enterance is one level above main living area, so using stairs is mandatory

Good stay. Living room was spacious and comfortable. and the kitchen had everything we need. The bathrooms were newly renovated as well. We had an issue with a bathroom door not locking. Bedrooms and stairway were small.

Winter Ski Trip - Epic Location & Snow

Property could not be in a better location. Ski closet included. Wood stove was essential for relaxing each night after the hot tub. Plenty of firewood, and room to host two families with kids.

Christmas ski trip

Was great stay for my family. The location was perfect the space was perfect. Only Con but not really a con was low on some of the essentials like paper towels, trash bags. Loved having a fire everyday!

Property fit our family of 6 well. Layout with full bath on lower floor was a bit awkward for those up in loft to use. The only negative is no air conditioning and we stayed during a heat wave. No windows in bedroom to outside to open to help with air flow. And just beware- we were there for a wedding at wedding garden and the shuttle no longer goes there. You must make a reservation. Still free though. And difficult time getting to and from airport. No direct buses or shuttles and limited Ubers.

Thanks for your feedback. Just FYI, air conditioning is rare or non-existent for rental units in Crested Butte and Mt Crested Butte. I'm sure it was hot because of the heat wave, which is not normal for the area. We do provide fans in each bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room. And there are a few windows to open to the outside as well as sliding glass doors off the living room for air flow during the day, just not all the rooms. Hopefully you were able to enjoy it otherwise for the beautiful views, well stocked kitchen and updated bathrooms! It's unfortunate about your transportation issues, but good to know.

Great location near resort

The condo was as described and easy access to ski resort. we were glad we left skis at valet - as return has a few flights upstairs. Janet was helpful and responsive and we appreciated the nice supply of kcups and spices provided. CB is a great town and this condo keeps you close to all the fun.

Great location

We were really happy with our stay at this condo. It was very clean and had plenty of room for my family. The kitchen was well-stocked, one of the best! The location was great, just across the bridge from the main resort area and ski lift. It was about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. There was plenty of fire wood for the wood stove so we had a cozy fire each day. We would stay here again!

Great Condo/Location

We stayed here for 3 nights during peak ski season. Location is great - super easy to get to the lifts and rentals. Hot tub is just 50 feet away. Unit is stocked with extras to help with your stay - cooking oil, seasoning, etc if you want to eat in. Only drawback was the photos for the listing are outstanding and make it appear bigger than it actually is. There is little space for luggage, coats/winter wear and getting ready for the slopes. There is outside storage for skis/snowboards. Stairs between levels are very narrow, which was very hard for my tall, wide-shoulder husband.
