This recently remodeled 3 bedroom apartment located at 427 Sopris has just been listed with VRBO. Price has been discounted the it's first winter season. Decorated with a rustic western theme with all the modern touches. The unit has street or alley access with off street parking. Private entrance with your own balcony, deck chairs and BBQ grill. You also have access to the property's large deck and fenced yard downstairs in the main yard. Slip out the back gate and you are 1/2 a block from Elk Avenue shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 1 block from shuttle that will take you up to Crested Butte Mountain resort for a day of skiing, hiking or kids activities. Rooms have mountain views. Living room has large screen tv, gas fireplace a large kitchen with everything you will need. After a long day hiking, biking or hitting the slopes relax in the gorgeous Steam Shower or kick back on the open deck. This is our second unit available in this building available for rent. The property was in a great location to walk to Elk Avenue and explore all that Crested Butte has to offer. It was a great space, very well equipped and perfect for 5 adults to enjoy for the weekend, very comfortable and private with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own bathroom. The pictures are very accurate and the check in/check out process was very easy. If you are contemplating booking this unit, save yourself the guesswork and book it, you will be very satisfied! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Crested Butte.

Recently remodeled, clean and comfortable, very convenient to town. Hosts were friendly and helpful, enjoyed walking around town and games in the yard. It is on the second floor with outside stairs if that's a consideration for anyone.

Two friends and I stayed for a couple nights during a late June trip to CB. We really enjoyed the accommodations—the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and each of three bedrooms has a dedicated bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this apartment! The finishes inside were high end and lovely and the owner was easily accessible by phone and text.The layout was nice. There’s a large entry room with a couple of benches and plenty of room to drop boots & shoes and hang coats. Heading into the main part, the bedroom with 2 beds is on the left and a nice bath with a large walk-in shower is on the right. There’s a large kitchen with nice touches like a big hammered copper double-sink, lovely dishes and cupboards well stocked with pantry items. At the back are two bedrooms across from each other with queen beds, plenty of clothing storage space and well-stocked, nicely sized ensuite bathrooms plus a full-size front load washer & dryer in one.While we chose to drive the short distance to ski, there was a convenient ski bus stop a couple of blocks away.Grocery, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops were all very close and an easy walk.

Quick ski weekend

Awesome location right downtown. 8 minute bus ride to the resort. Pete was very easy to communicate with and was a great host who made sure his guests had a shoveled staircase every day and walk path to their vehicles. Would love to stay here again.
