In an area of 7 hectares located on an independent plot near a family campsite 3min walk from the Lignon river in basalt flows with blue basalt prism one of the most beautiful in Europe where you can practice swimming or your favorite sport trout fishing
For nature lovers following the seasons picking mushrooms
we are on the ardéchoise racing circuit.
1 km 500 from the character village of Jaujac nice little market on the square
You will share the heated swimming pool, the paddling pool and all the activities of the campsite
Bonneval's house used to be a family farm, now a cottage for 10/12 people. built in 1872 renovated in 2015 with an area of 170 m2 fitted kitchen very comfortable living room with led tv 121 cm, 4 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms 160 beds with integrated bathroom, 2 bedrooms: 6 single beds 90, bathrooms, 3 separate toilet. 2 terraces: 1 covered, 1 uncovered natural solarium where you can have a small coffee. possibly the house of bonneval and the natural stone pavilion can be combined for a larger capacity you will have a network of hiking trails from the house

Très mauvais accueil .Manque de rangements . Aucune notice explicative pour les appareils ménagers.

Une propriété de qualité, desservie par des manques inacceptables quand on loue ce gîte pour dix personnes. Ménage imparfait à l'arrivée. Situation juste au dessus d'un camping qui doit le rendre peu agréable en haute saison.

La région est magnifique, il y a de neubreuses choses à faire à proximité de la location.

Le site sur lequel est implantée la maison est très agréable, la maison correspond parfaitement à la description, l'accès aux équipement du camping est un plus. La propriétaire fais en sorte de donner satisfaction. Toutefois, à mon sens, quelques points doivent être améliorés : - une cafetière compléterait l'équipement cuisine, - des meubles de rangement, notamment pour le ravitaillement sont nécessaires, - une ou plusieurs armoires sont nécessaires (2 portants pour l'habillement de 8 à 10 personnes sont largement insuffisant), - la surveillance des éclairages est indispensable.
