The back of the house enjoys a view of pastures with horses and ponies ...
The place is absolutely quiet while being close to downtown CAYEUX SUR MER (5 minutes by bike)
Not far we have the lighthouse of BRIGTHON LES PINS and its pine wood and the tip of the hourdel with its colony of seals ...

Le calme de la campagne à 2h de Paris et 50 m de la mer !
Charmante petite maison sur 2 étages, entièrement équipée, très lumineuse, avec 2 expositions / 2 jardins. Refaite à neuf. Au grand calme. A 50 m de la mer. Un propriétaire très sympathique !
Idéal pour un ou deux couples, avec ou sans enfants : 2 chambres séparées à l'étage, 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine entièrement équipée et une grande salle à manger.
Hamac, petit bar "de plage" extérieur, BBQ, chaises longues, salons de jardin, 4 vélos adultes et 2 vélos enfants, 2 trottinettes, paddle board, jouets de plage, wi-fi inclus... tout est parfait ! Ambiance surf on the beach !!
Côté tourisme, activités et découverte : poney club à 100 m (à partir de 2 ans), activités trampoline / toboggans / manège et l'impressionnante plage de galets de Cayeux sur Mer à 1 km, le phare de Brighton, les dunes de sable blanc de la Route blanche et la colonie de phoques du Hourdel à moins de 10 min, le village médiéval de Saint Valéry sur Somme à 15 min, la belle plage de sable fin du Crotoy à 25 min, 9 circuits vélo de découverte en Baie de Somme au départ de Cayeux...
Bref un séjour à refaire au plus vite !!
