Fun Times

We loved the pool and lazy river. The condo had fun games and we loved the hot tub. Santa Clara has trail systems and parks everywhere. It is close to the Harmon's so we could stock up on the things we forgot! We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Magical Location

My family and I got to stay in this dreamy home with the not so busy beach behind us. So nice to have space for more than one car. Great communication on everything. The home was perfect for us and I look forward to staying another week there in the coming years.

very fun weekend

incredibly noisy if you're staying in the front bedrooms. But the kids all enjoyed the pool. Thought I'd get a good night sleep Sunday evening, but Low and Behold, the trash trucks came during the 6am hour.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arcadia #40 ‘Heart of Dixie’ was perfect! My family found the stay to have everything we needed to relax and enjoy. The house is furnished beautifully and had everything we could think of for cooking meals, sleeping, and playing games. It felt cozy and safe. It was also much bigger than the pictures looked. My kids loved the great room with all the board games and ‘Marvel’ styled decorations. Lots of extras in the house too that made it feel ‘top notch’ (quality of furnishings, adjustable beds, TVs in every room, large patio tables, portable crib, baby seat, all walk in showers, etc). One of our favorite parts outside the house was the water slide park was a few hundred feet from our front door. We basically spent all day there - it was a pretty fun resort with a lazy river and slide. I definitely recommend staying at this home above others. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Great resort and villa

We had a wonderful time. We were in Villa #40 and it was so roomy and well layed out. We had 11 people staying there which included 3 families and kids ranging in age from 1 to 19. Each of the adult parents had a main bedroom with private bathrooms and the kids took the bunk beds. The unit had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable from multiple smart tv’shigh chair, pack n play to all the kitchen appliances you’ll need. We used the insta pot, air fryer, coffee maker, Ninja blender and electric griddle. The upstairs game area was well used with air hockey table and street fight arcade game. Foosball table didn’t have any balls we could find. Patio areas were great with a wonderful hot tub which was well used. We were right across the street from the pool area which was amazing with lazy river and splash pad along with plenty of lounge chairs. The clubhouse had plenty of items if you forgot something and the exercise gym was well used. Overall it was a relaxing stay and my kids are already asking when we can go again. Pricey but being all together in a well layed out unit was great.

Great place to stay, great location, very well kept, kids loved the games and jacuzzi and everything about the house. Biggest complaints would be beds aren’t very comfortable and need another couch downstairs, not enough sitting area. Fridge not very cold. Overall great experience though, would do again

Each of us had our own rooms with all the furnishings to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully furnished and accessible. We had breakfast together at the breakfast bar and at the huge dining table-enjoyed every minute. The house is very clean, spacious and homey. I recommend teams to stay here as they participate in the senior games. This place is also great for families who want to have access to swimming pool, the lazy river and other recreational activities within walking distance. I know our team is thinking of staying here at this same house next year during the senior games.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house because it's practically brand new and super clean! 4 of the 5 bedrooms are ensuites...very nice! Terrific furnishings and décor and the beds were very comfy (3 of them had power controls to raise or lower the head or foot of the bed too). There were 13 of us and we never felt crowded at all. Everyone had a great time congregating upstairs in the game/tv room, downstairs around the kitchen table playing games, or on the patio. We prepared several meals there and found everything we needed in the kitchen! It's only a short 1 minute walk to the pool, spa, lazy river, water slide, and clubhouse. We will come here again and definitely recommend this villa to anyone!
