Arcadia #70 is one of our newest villas to be available in the community and features 5 generously sized bedrooms to accommodate up to 22 guests (plus 5 full bathrooms, too). Thoughtfully designed with comfort, style, and entertainment in mind, this villa offers a well-equipped space for groups of all ages to enjoy, relax, and play in the beautiful landscape of southern Utah!

Splash at the resort pool, hike in nearby Snow Canyon, or stay home and have game day in the expansive upstairs family room where you'll find an arcade, pool table, TV, and plenty of comfy sofa seating to accommodate the whole group. At night, light up the fire pit on the patio for some s'mores and take a seat in the hot tub to enjoy a southern Utah evening!

Arcadia #70 provides ideal accommodations for family reunions, vacations, group travel, retreats, sports teams, and other gatherings in southern Utah!

Great place!

Close to all our activities in St George. Everything we need was on site...view, fun, accommodations, etc. The house was perfectly set up for our group. All the staff we engaged were super nice. Will definitely book there again if we come back to St George.

Wonderful home with plenty of room for the whole family to eat, sleep, and gather together for games and activities. Clubhouse, pools, and kids activities were great. Only downside was an infestation of ants in the front bedroom.

Exactly what we needed.

Went down for baseball tournament and this was a perfect stay for my family and me. Has everything we needed for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Only real complaint is that the walls are a little thinner and with our kids running around, you kind of hear everything from downstairs. But if you can tolerate that, then it’s a great house. It wasn’t anything we don’t already deal with at home.

This was a great place to stay! It had plenty of space for our group. It's also in a great location and is so close to Snow Canyon and the Tuacahn Amphitheater. Definitely will return with friends in the future.
