1 km from the center of the village of Salernes, arm of villa (apartment) of 60 m² fully equipped * with swimming pool (9X4m) for family holidays in the heart of the Provence countryside. 2 double bed rooms + Clic Clac, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, 1 wc, 1 living room kitchen dining room, garden furniture. 150 meters from a river, 1 km from a body of water fitted out for swimming. 30 minutes from Lake Sainte Croix and the Gorges du Verdon (kayak, pedal boat, boat, sailing, hiking). Provencal market in the village and surrounding villages. 50 min from the sea (Fréjus - night market all summer and fireworks every Friday). * Gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, internet, barbecue, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
IMPORTANT: the owners live in the other part of the villa but are hardly present because on vacation and very discreet.
WE PRIVILEGATE STAYS OF 2 WEEKS.

We had a lovely and very relaxing stay. We were able to check in earlier than we’d expected which was great and the check in process was clear and straightforward. We enjoyed nice days around the pool and visited some beautiful places that are only a short drive.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es fehlte uns an nichts und Gregory und seine Familie waren sehr nett und diskret. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Découverte Gorges du Verdon

Jardin très agréable où l’on peut manger du petit déjeuner au dîner à l’ombre ou au soleil au choix. Les moustiquaires aux fenêtres des chambres permettent de dormir en profitant de la fraîcheur nocturne. Les propriétaires sont d’une discrétion absolue.Piscine au top pour se rafraîchir et jouer. La région est superbe.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, et relax. Vraiment un endroit calme pour se reposer. Vu les hautes trmpératures, faire un plongeon dans la piscine qui était uniquement réservé pour nous faissait du bien. Gregory et son épouse sont des gens charmants et discrets. 2 ruhige Wochen im Grünen

Wir haben zu 3. + Hund knapp 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es war recht angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und grundsätzlich ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Meer ist rund eine Stunde entfernt. Im Umkreis ist Super Marche und Lidl. (2 Minuten mit dem Auto/10-15Minuten zu Fuß). Wir würden dort wieder hinfahren, wenn wir mal wieder Lust auf 2 ruhige Wochen haben. :-)

Location au top, propriétaire super sympa

Location avec un couple d'ami, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Très calme, logement propre, lit confortable et très grand. La cuisine est totalement équipée, et la piscine est nettoyé régulièrement par le propriétaire. Il y a une table de ping pong pour jouer le soir autour de la piscine, top ! Les propriétaires nous ont donné des adresses pour aller au restaurant, et au lac de Saint-Croix (à faire!). Il s'agit de l'aile droite de la maison, sachant que l'on a l'usage exclusif de la piscine durant toute la location, et que le soleil est présent durant toute la journée, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. A pied ou en vélo, vous pouvez partir directement et longer la petite rivière qui est juste à côté, c'est bucolique ! Je recommande cette location, merci pour votre gentillesse, et à bientôt !

Très beau séjour !!!

Très belle villa au calme dans une campagne très bien entretenue. L'état intérieur est irréprochable, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Les photos de l'annonce sont fidèles à la réalité. Les propriétaires sont très discrets, habitant la partie droite de la villa, et sont très serviables en cas de besoin. La piscine est réservée aux locataires. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location pour visiter cette magnifique région. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Une très très bonne impression

Durant le mois de Septembre 2017 nous avons passé 15 jours excellents dans la location de Mr et Mme CHAPET à Salernes. La maison est située dans un charmant lotissement arboré, calme, avec une jolie vue tout autour sur les collines de Salernes. Cette maison de plein-pied est moderne, fonctionnelle, facile à vivre. A signaler également que le literie est très confortable. Quant aux propriétaire, Mr et Mme CHAPPET, ils sont jeunes, sympathiques, toujours présents si vous avez besoin d'eux, mais sachant être discrets le reste du temps. Enfin, entre autres choses à découvrir, une bien plaisante promenade piétonne jusqu'à la ville. Pour résumer en une phrase, location de vacances à retenir absolument.
