Hey!! My lifelong dream to be a Florida resident is now fulfilled! I moved to PC from the great state of Kentucky a few years ago. I own several short term rental properties and manage them myself. Why they chose this property
I love Laketown Wharf because there are so many amenities to offer and the location is perfect. This the "happening, exciting, fun filled" vacation property. There are great restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop all on the property, and the best pool bar with the best bartender on the beach!! Live entertainment on the boardwalk you can enjoy from the balcony. 5 pools to enjoy, we have a quiet one and several fun ones. The nightly light show is a MUST SEE. You really would never need to leave the resort to have a great stay!
What makes this property unique
First floor (second level) condo with NO ELEVATOR wait if you don't mind one flight of steps. So much to do right on the property. Great balcony with great view of boardwalk activities, and lake.
