The host said the last people “destroyed the sheets” wasn’t very comfortable staying honest partial refund would be nice and housekeeping was there an hr after our arrival.

A wonderful place to stay!

Definitely would recommend this property to anyone! Communication with the owner was wonderful. The check in process was simple. The condo was clean and perfect for our stay!

overall we had a great vacation and enjoyed the property !!! other than some elevator issues from time to time, there were no issues w/ our stay. We would stay at this location again !!!!

The images of the condo appeared cleaner and more organized than when we arrived. The floors had sand on them, the carpet had a foul odor, we located trash under the rocking chair, the hallway light flickered when turned on, the kitchen oven did not effectively cook our food, and the AC was not working upon our arrival, but was later fixed. Elevator wait times were at least 15 minutes or more. Access to beach and resort activities was easy and accessible. Pool and hot tub were clean.

The elevators are a struggle to catch but that’s everywhere in pcb. The room itself was perfect. The wharf however has a lot of ignorant young people who are loud and ghetto but that’s okay too. The host had trouble sending a check in link so we sat in the lobby for an hour just trying to check in. However, everything was good.

Great view and spacious

We had a fantastic family vacation here. The place was very clean and spacious and loved the balcony as you could see the bay and the ocean. It was centrally located to where we wanted to be. We visited the west side of Panama City for a day and then we also visited Saint Andrews Bay. A lovely beach. We will be back!

Outstanding Stay

The condo was magnificent! Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Everything was just as advertised and more. Vitaliy (Property Owner), was very helpful with any and all questions and concerns. Will be planning another trip to his property soon. Would recommend for any short or long stay.

New favorite place

This was a great place to stay... Everyone was nice and accommodating. I loved how you just had to cross the street to get to the beach. And Pineapple Willy's was an added bonus. The only thing that you may want to fix... there's quite a few lights and a couple of the fountains not working for the night musical show off of the balcony.

Mixed feelings

Beautiful property, not far from the beach (not 1 min as advertised when booked). I would have liked to have known just how many places inside the Laketown Wharf Resort would be closed for the winter season. They didn't even have the dancing lightshow outside our "lakeview room" which was advertised nightly. We also had to drive for food or get delivery due to nothing inside the "Resort" being open. Ill try elsewhere next time. Also, there is additional $80 to use facilities that were either closed or had limited hours. This was a rip off. OWNER was sweet and receptive. Id book woth him again. Just not pleased with the way the resort does business.
