Welcome to this gorgeous Colorado modern home that is in one of the hottest neighborhoods, minutes from downtown Denver. The home has an amazing outdoor entertaining area with an 8-seat conversation covered patio and 6 seat dining set to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors. The property is perfectly located in a wonderful area situated just a short drive to Boulder or Denver and Colorado Springs is only an hour or so away.
The major ski resorts of Eldora, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Aspen and Vail are a short trip from our location - 30 minutes to 2 hours. We are minutes from Standley Lake where you can go fishing, boating or jet skiing. The rental for equipment is just down the street. For golfing enthusiasts there are several golf courses close by and miniature golf 10 minutes away. A great bonus is the short walk to Arbor Lake or the new Westminster downtown for shopping and restaurants. The RTD Light Rail/Bus Station is 2 minutes from the front door with quick access to Boulder, Denver and surrounding entertainment. We provide the privacy one desires in a location that is convenient to many amenities.
Grey House Getaway has been exceptionally cared for and professionally decorated. The large windows allow for sun filled mornings where you can sit at the breakfast table and plan a fun filled day at the Denver Zoo, Museums, Unser Karting go-kart, Elitch Gardens Theme Park, Water World family water park, Aquarium, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Bandimere Speedway just to name a few agenda items. The home boasts of bamboo wood floors and a modern kitchen.
After a day of adventure cool yourself with our central air or cuddle up in the upstairs Master bedroom with a 55” wall mounted entertainment center and cozy linens to enjoy your favorite movie. Wander downstairs and go back to the days of traditional game night in a beautiful game room where families come together with hot cocoa, popcorn, smiles, and lots of laughter.
During the winter spend time enjoying the property and all Colorado has to offer. Bundle up on those Colorado cold but sunny days and make snow angels or Frosty the snow man. Afterwards, get warm and cozy in the downstairs recreational room and watch a movie on the 65” LED 4K TV its like being in a private theater (1 of 3 LED TV's in the house). During the spring and summer time step on to the large patio, bird watch, count the bunnies, or enjoy other Colorado wildlife-or play a game of family freeze tag on the large grassy lawn.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people in four queen beds, three upstairs and one downstairs. There are two beautiful full bathrooms to soak away the day’s fun! You are welcome to use the washer and dryer in the laundry room downstairs and park in the 1 car attached garage to unload the groceries.
