Vous avez effectué une réservation d'une semaine du 6 au 13 juillet 2021. Je vais commencer par:
D'une part la cuisine est équipée, peut être vous avez une conception spéciale de cet endroit. C'est vrai, on n'a pas de micro-onde mais vous étiez au courant, d'autre part si la cuisine n'était pas propre, alors pourquoi vous aviez accepté tel état ???? La piscine est sale alors pourquoi vous y nagiez????
La piscine est nettoyée tôt le matin pour ne pas déranger votre famille pendant la journée. Vous vouliez les chaînes internationales pour pouvoir suivre les matchs, on a répondu favorablement à votre demande en achetant un extra appareil dans un temps record.
En revanche,vous aviez abîmé le parasol, 2 robinets، les draps et le levier de la salle de bain de la grande chambre. Vous aviez laissé la poubelle pleine dans la cuisine, normalement, les gens nous rendent la maison dans le même état de leur premier jour.vous avez loué la villa en exclusivité pour que les autres ne puissent voir votre famille alors vous deviez laisser cet endroit propre.
