It offers modern comforts while respecting Moroccan tradition.<br>Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, the fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, along with a large, cosy living room where you can relax or enjoy your meals. You’ll also have access to a large-screen TV with all international channels.<br>In the patio, you can enjoy the refreshing pool to relax with friends or family. There, you can read, savour a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice prepared by our housekeeper Hajiba, or enjoy a mint tea.<br>The house features five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom with a toilet and shower. For maximum comfort, bath linens, bed linens, and toiletries are provided. Housekeeping is included.<br>On the top floor, you’ll find a large furnished terrace with a sun deck. You can enjoy breakfast there.<br>Above the terrace, the rooftop offers a magnificent, unobstructed view of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, the legendary Mamounia Hotel, the Koutoubia Mosque, and more....<br>You’re sure to enjoy the magnificent sunsets from there.<br>Everything is air-conditioned (or heated, depending on the season), allowing you to enjoy the space in both summer and winter.<br>The entire riad is exclusively yours during your stay.<br>Breakfast is included in the rate.<br>During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire house and will be the only guests in the riad, as our guests enjoy spending time together.<br>Just a quick note: please be aware that loud parties are prohibited to maintain the neighborhood’s peace and quiet.<br>You can explore the entire city on foot.<br>Hajiba will be available during your stay to prepare the breakfasts included in your rental.
