Why they chose this property
I love my little house! I've put a lot of sweat equity into the house over the past several years. I updated the kitchen, bathrooms and the outside to give it a warm, cozy feel. I always wanted my guests to feel an inviting sense of comfort when they'd come to visit me. I travel a lot so I'd bring different items from different places to make the house unique and help others understand my lifestyle and personality.
What makes this property unique
The area is super quiet and I've always felt incredibly safe. My neighbors are super sweet as well. A lot of folks ride bikes and walk/run through the neighborhood and to Historic Downtown where there are so many fun things to see and do. Shopping, food and sight-seeing are at the top of the list. The house is very close to grocery, coffee, medical and restaurants.
