Whether you're yearning for a snug winter getaway or a sun-drenched summer sojourn, our charming retreat promises an optimal fusion of comfort and accessibility. Nestled on a generous 1/3 acre lot, this detached dwelling lies just off Main Street. Boasting a recently renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances, as well as an in-unit, full-size washer and dryer, our accommodations ensure utmost convenience. Sleeping arrangements comprise a luxurious king-size bed and a spacious queen-size bed, offering a restful sanctuary for our discerning guests.

We called this darling cottage home for four days while visiting family nearby. The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. Exceptionally clean and comfortable living area, bed, pillows. We were even able to enjoy the outdoor seating area for a wee bit. The bonus was having our Golden Retriever Noelle with us during the stay. I highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy seeing friends in Franklin. We had a beautiful backyard for morning coffee (from Hank’s nearby) and downtown and other sites like Leiper’s Fork were a short drive away! We will be back!

Great Holiday Stay

Would stay there again. Great location for access to Westhaven community and city of Franklin. Well stocked with all the amenities you could want. Enjoyed the large screen TV, electric fireplace, and carport. Very good communication with owner.

Modern Cottage

We loved our stay and will definitely be back in the future! It was cozy,very clean and modern and has everything one would need! If i had one small complain,my daughter was a little upset that her room had no tv.
