Excellent house in a great location. Perfect for our family and great fenced in backyard for our dog. Convenient to restaurants and Charleston activities. Michael was a wonderful host and provided great communication before and after arrival. House was clean and filled with any extras we needed. So happy we found this gem of a house!

This home is an absolute gem in Charleston! From The house is beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable, and has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The location is fantastic! Being right in Avondale puts you just steps from wonderful restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and plenty of things to do, while still giving you a quiet and comfortable place to come home to. It’s also convenient to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach

This house was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. The house provided all the needed amenities. We traveled with our dog and he enjoyed the large, fenced in backyard. The house was conveniently located to the areas that we planned on visiting. It was an easy 5 minute drive to downtown Charleston and 15 min drive to Folley Beach. There were restaurants/bars within walking distance of the house and was located in a safe area. We enjoyed our stay here very much and highly recommend.

The bungalow was perfect for us and our dog. The home was clean and included wonderful little touches for us and the dog. The location allowed us to easily get to downtown Charleston. The beautiful deck gave us the opportunity to spend time with our dog outside. Everything was well cared for in the home and we wished we had more time just to spend enjoying the amenities of the house.

We had a phenomenal stay at this cute Charleston home! The hosts were so sweet and communicative and sent us an amazing welcome packet with very clear instructions for access and how to work the amenities as well as great recommendations for places to eat and things to do around the area! This rental was impeccable, it was so clean, and had every bell and whistle to make the stay extremely comfortable. And every feature actually worked. The home is beyond pet Friendly, the covers on the furniture, drinking dishes layed out at the entry even. The yard was clean and the porch was peaceful. It met beyond expectation. The home sits back in a nice residence and it felt safe. The area alone is super busy. We are from Tampa so we are no stranger to traffic and congestion however this area is bananas and it was just as hectic. We came to see some historical sights and we knocked a few off the list however due to banana city we also avoided some. It’s in a great location if you don’t mind going through it but as I said we are no stranger to congestion, so for us it was plain annoying since we live in it every day and this is “vacation” We enjoyed what we did such as multiple plantations and parks and the home was amazing to come back to and unwind. I highly recommend this home, it is worth the price. It’s walking distance to some food and coffee shops as well. The owners were extremely thorough with instructions on the home which was awesome. It was a beautifully updated bungalow. Thank you!!

This is honestly one of the nicest VROB rentals that we have ever stayed in. The house was amazingly gorgeous and incredibly clean. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful as well, but within walking distance to a few restaurants and stores. Highly highly recommended!
