Another great trip and our 2nd time staying at Casa Zoe. Everything was perfect. Great host, the cottage is beautiful and had everything we needed. Easy walk to Market Street for shopping and dining. Can't wait for our next trip.
This was the perfect place to stay for a Charleston visit! The unit is so pretty and decorated so cute. It was in walking distance to anything you would want to do - shops, bars and restaurants. And they are pet friendly! We will definitely stay here again!
We had an amazing stay at the Green Cottage at Casa Zoe! The house was exactly as pictured and in such a great neighborhood that is very close to many restaurants! Our hosts were so helpful and we even ended up asking to extend our trip for an extra night. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Charleston!
We had a great time and wonderful stay. the House was excellent for the location- could walk everywhere, it was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Excellent value for location and space-the house is fantastic
Love staying at this property. Convenient to everything and a great walking location. Close to all downtown activities and restaurants. Charming patios and a feeling of coziness
Great location, safe neighborhood. Easy access to King street, easily walkable to Broad street and points south. Cottage was very clean and quiet. Owner very responsive is a question or issue came up
The listing was exactly as posted . The cottage and location were perfect . The communication was above expectations for checkin and all other questions . Much thanks !
This is our second time staying in this cute cottage. The location is perfect, off street parking is convenient and the space is adorable. We will certainly be staying here again. Our son is in college in Charleston and this makes a perfect spot for us to stay while visiting. Thank you!!!
Resort quality property. Dedicated parking immediately in front. Excellent decor and appointments. Premium bedding and linens. Super clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.
Very clean cottage close to King St, bars, coffee shops and restaurants with enough parking.
I would recommend this place for up to 4 people. Both bathrooms are in the bedrooms, so it might get weird if a 5th person is crashing on the couch. Overall, the cottage was perfect for a long weekend trip for the 3 of us.

So glad you enjoyed your time- please come back again soon!
Fit our needs perfectly. We were there during a perfect weather week. The only downside could be that if the weather isn't perfect the only dining table is outdoors.
The beds are very comfortable as are the showers. One hair dryer and the curling iron didn't work. Overall it was great!
This sweet cottage is perfect for us. The beds are comfortable, and since we are readers, we enjoy the comfortable seating with plenty of lamplight and end tables for sipping. The full galley kitchen is well designed with a fresh up to date feel. Old hardwood floors, exposed beams, and two brick fireplaces...We love it all! Def will be back ❤️
Place was clean and nice but outside patio furniture needed cleaning. Only has one TV in Living Rm. and not comfortable to sit and watch TV in the evenings.
Bath soap dispensers in the showers were both empty and had to go find some in a closet.
This rental property was excellent. Clean and spacious. The living space could use a new couch but overall the beds were comfortable. The showers were well stocked and water hot. Air conditioning was excellent. Parking was easy but there was a charge for parking. I felt a little mislead as the property advertised “off street private parking” and only once I was booked did I notice a parking charge. Should’ve been included in the property based on the advertisement. Great location walkable to a a few bars and restaurants. Easy Uber to anywhere downtown. Would stay again.
Three bedrooms, though we only used the two bedrooms upstairs. We didn’t cook this weekend; however, as one who loves to cook, I don’t think this is an ideal place if you’re looking to stay in and cook nightly. So many great restaurants in walking distance. Every morning, we walked to Holey Bagel, which has delicious bagels/sandwiches and coffee. The casa is also an easy walk to King Street.
Loved the windows in the sitting room/tv area. Spacious; however, the sofa is not as comfortable as it looks. Pretty stiff, but fine. The kitchen table was a round folding table with a tablecloth over it, which was fine. We didn’t sit at it.
Overall, we would stay here again. It was quiet and nice.

Great location.
A beautiful property on the outside but has some work
to do on the inside. The unit kitchen was in need of work - countertops coming up. Floor was dirty throughout. Bathroom in second bedroom is not really set up for an adult - would be ok for a kid. In the smaller bedroom there wasn’t enough counter space for traveler essentials. No hand towels were furnished. Two bath towels and two washcloths were provided. Light bulbs were missing in small BR but we’re replaced once owner was contacted. An electrical outlet cover was missing in the main living area, which could be a problem with kids. The patio area was very relaxing and beautiful. The best part of the rental was the off-street parking, which is essential when staying in the historic district. Having a washer-dryer combo came in handy. The owner was very pleasant and responsive. Having stayed in multiple VRBO properties I have an idea of what to expect. Some of the things I mentioned can be overlooked at lower price points but not at this property’s price point. All things considered I would recommend this property as it is so convenient to everything.

Misleading advertising
When I read reviews from those who stayed at Jennifer's cottage, I wonder why we experienced so bad things there? We rented the green cottage for 4 people. We had late checking in as I advised. The cottage was chilly: 53° F at midnight when we arrived. The bed in bedroom #2 was not done…only bed cover, no comforter. No shower curtain in the bathroom, no towel rack… When we wanted to have our breakfast together, there was only 2 chairs for 4 of us!!!!
In the kitchen, we noticed that the smoke exhaust fan didn't work…Unfortunately, we fried some bacon and the smoke detector went off!!! The faucet by the sink had a walter filter that really needed to be changed….long time ago! it had mold on it.
It's not the 1st time I use Rbnb for vacation rentals. It's not the 1st time I experienced poor stay this way. I am not so demanding. I just need basic accomodation from owners considering the price they charge. This is misleading advertisement.

We feel that we did our absolute best to accommodate this guest and it is unfortunate and disheartening that she chose to write this review. We accept responsibility for her experience but do feel that parts of her review are not only unfair but false. As is typical with this time of year, Charleston has experienced very unpredictable weather with some days in the 70s and then 30s the next. It cab be hard to keep up with, but upon our inspection of the cottage prior to her arrival, the temperature was very comfortable. We do however, keep a large stack of blankets in the laundry room for guests to use. There are also towel racks and hooks in both bathrooms, so I am unsure why she claims there are not. The pictures on our website accurately show the entire layout of every room in the cottage so guests have a very clear idea of what it provides as far as seating, amenities, room size, etc. Regardless, this guest did not inform us of any of her issues until the last day of her stay. I had a very open dialogue with her prior to her arrival, so I am surprised she did not reach out to me. Upon hearing her concerns, we immediately asked what we could do and she completely declined our offers to help. We live locally and could have responded immediately. We've taken her critique very seriously and have since repaired the exhaust vent. We had not experienced trouble with it with any prior guests. We too are incredibly disappointed that she had a less than wonderful experience, but wish that we had been made aware of her issues promptly rather than not hearing about them until it was too late.
