Bellissima zona ricca di attrattive naturali e turistiche. Casa piacevole, silenziosa, fresca anche in giornate calde. La frazione Chete è un luogo ideale per riposare e trascorrere giorni molto tranquilli. Casa dotata di vari confort. Da migliorare, se possibile, la ricezione del digitale terrestre. Dopo i primi giorni la proprietà ha risolto il problema iniziale della connessione wifi carente.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist gut ausgestattet, ideal für 2 Personen. Die Heizung funktioniert sehr gut (war im September schon sehr willkommen), Küche hat alle nötigen Utensilien - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnküche ist etwas dunkel, aber wir waren eh den ganzen Tag draußen.

Chete relax totale

Appartamento molto carino, posizione strategica per molte gite ed escursioni. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole rilassarsi e stare lontano dal caos quotidiano delle metropoli. Unica pecca la TV prende solo i 3 canali rai, perciò bisogna sperare sempre nel bel tempo. Per il resto tutto fantastico!

Wunderschönes Steinhaus in alter Hangsiedlung

Wunderschönes Steinhaus umgeben von Flüssen und Bächen. Einfach und liebevoll eingerichtet und renoviert. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge.

Authentisches „Paese-Leben“ in einem historischen Weiler

Chete ist einer der vielen historischen Weiler in Villa di Chiavenna. Die dicht gedrängten Natursteinhäuser sind über steingepflasterte autofreie Gassen leicht erreichbar - es ist herrlich ruhig, maximal hört man den Bach aus dem nahen Valle Vertura rauschen. Geparkt wird auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz unterhalb des Dorfes, 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Haus, das allen notwendigen Komfort bietet. Aufgrund der Lage auch für sehr heiße Sommertage ideal. Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt - Grazie mille! Tipp: Die Panoramawanderung von Soglio (per Postauto stündlich erreichbar) nach Savogno oder die Rundtour von Borgonuovo an den Wasserfällen aufwärts nach Savogno -> Dasile und zurück über Sant Abbondio. Danach empfiehlt sich ein Besuch im „Pos Motta“ in Villa um das Kaloriendefizit auszugleichen - unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Trovato all' ultimo minuto, ma gustato fino all' ultimo minuto! Casetta ospitale e davvero carina. Fresca, quasi fredda nei giorni di pioggia. Ma un piacere tornarci dopo una camminata sotto il sole d'agosto. Grazie, a Stefania e Silvana.

wunderschöne wohnung in einem historischem steinhaus!

wir haben eine fantastische urlaubswoche hier in den italienischen alpen verbracht!! die ferienwohnung, die in einem alten, liebevoll restaurierten steinhaus untergebracht ist, ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. was man auf den fotos nicht so erkennt: von der stube aus kommt man direkt auf einen kleinen freibereich zur hinteren gasse, wo man abends noch schön ein gläschen wein trinken kann. den kindern hat auch sehr gut gefallen, dass das dorf wegen der engen gassen fast komplett autofrei ist! insgesamt haben wir uns hier sehr wohl und, in corona-zeiten nicht selbstverständlich, sehr sicher gefühlt!! ancora mille grazie per tutto!

Piccola ma accogliente

Innanzitutto ringrazio la Sig.Silvana che è stata cordiale e disponibile. La casa è in un piccolo borgo tranquillo, non c'è praticamente nulla quindi sé cercate un posto per staccare la spina è l' ideale....piccolo ma accogliente.

Wundervolles Ambiente in ursprünglichem ItalienischemDorf

Direkt von der Haustür aus loslaufen zu vielen attraktiven Zielen des schweizerischen und italienischen Bergell. Die Wohnung scheint ein wenig dunkel, was jedoch bei heißem Wetter geradezu ideal ist. Es gibt so viel zu entdecken in der Region!

Urige Umgebung

Hier wurde mit viel Herz Geschichte erhalten. Es fehlt dem bescheidenen Wanderer an nichts. Die alten Gemäuer werden aufwendig erhalten und man hat das Gefühl durch die Jahrhunderte zu wandeln. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für leichte und anspruchsvolle Wanderungen und man trifft überall freundliche Menschen. Le bonheur d'un gîte authentique au calme

Gîte très bien situé, dans un petit village typique, idéal pour qui cherche à fuir l'agitation d'une ville. Appartement joliment rénové, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et découvert une magnifique région, propice à de belles randonnées.

un piccolo paradiso

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento nella settimana di Capodanno con il mio ragazzo e il nostro cane. La casa rispecchia l'atmosfera della montagna: situato in un piccolo villaggio, l'appartamento è molto intimo, accogliente e pulitissimo. La cucina è ben attrezzata e comoda. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario e dai suo ragazzi che ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato vari itinerari e si è reso disponibili in presenza di eventuali problemi. La località è piccolo paradiso, piena di luoghi da scoprire, merita davvero!
