in and we cannot guarantee you will not encounter any in the unit.

Our extremely low rates are adjusted to compensate for the elevator renovations.
As such, the elevators experience a significantly higher number of service calls and actual downtime than normal elevators. Whenever one of the elevators goes down for service, residents will experience higher waiting times. There have been temporary occasions where both elevators are not working for a while. Compared to a regular hotel or other rentals, this is the place to stay. Not the perfect views you want from a high rise building, but the views from this 24th floor are great. The place is small, but everything inside the place is perfectly placed and accessible. The parking space provided with the stay was a huge plus. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will be looking stay here again the future.

Great location with free parking

This is a great location with easy access to everything. Most hotels rob you blind for parking or require long walks to the hotel; not this place, you park right next to the elevator that takes you to your room.

Great place for the money!

Amazing views in an unbeatable location. For the money, I dont know how anybody could give this place less then 5 stars. Yes the elevator is slow but I had no problem with a little extra exercise on the stairs. I will recommend this place to my friends and stay again!

Got everything my family needed

This was a perfect one week stay for our family of three with a 2 year old. The listing conveniently offered free parking, in-unit laundry, a big fridge, full kitchen, plenty of trash bags, bath towels, beach towels and shampoos, shower gels. The view was so beautiful to wake up with. The elevator worked well for us. We didn’t try to pool though but saw other families having fun there. We’d love to be back!

Studio with bang for your buck!

What a great place to stay in the heart of everything. All the comforts of home and a stunning view to go with it. The bed was very comfortable and there were so many towels provided for just 2 people, including beach towels. The bathroom and kitchen were stylish but practical and everything worked well. This was my husband's and my last stop on our trip home from travelling the west coast of the mainland and having the washing machine and dryer was so good as it allowed us to wash all of our accumulated dirty clothes so that we could pack them away clean for the trip home. The nearby major shopping centre, restaurants, not to mention Waikiki beach, makes this property ideal for everyone.

January Anniversary Getaway

First time to stay in the Honolulu/Waikiki area. Property has fantastic views and location. Within walking distance of beach parks, marina, restaurants, Waikiki shopping, excursions and more. An ABC grocery store is within a few steps of the property and has everything you would need including beach, swim and snorkel gear. Many different beaches, surfs and swims to try out - which we did. Exploring Waikiki shops, resorts and restaurants was a blast. Elevator was not an issue for us and it was nice meeting and talking with folks on the way up and down. Everyone was so friendly. This changed my view of Waikiki and we will be back!

Nice place

The only thing that I was not too thrilled about was it seem the elevators are having lots of problems making it take a while to get up and down. and also the pool tennis court area needs updated it doesn’t look like it does in the pictures . But all in all we had a very pleasant stay, Todd is very helpful and the check in , stay and the condo itself was great , clean and we enjoyed it .

We didn’t make it to the destination because I ended up in the emergency room. The stay was no refundable which is understandable but the hosts were rude and completely lacked compassion when we attempted to reschedule for a later time. We demonstrated flexibility and welcomed what would have been best for them. The hosts responded coldly and curtly as if lacking any humanness. I suspect they do not understand the meaning of Aloha and how it exudes hospitality! Do NOT recommend

Great views - Great location, but lousy elevator service

First the good news - the location and views are great: close to Ala Moana shopping center with lots of restaurants as well as the beach - all within walking distance. Even an ABC store two doors away. However, only one of the two elevators was operational for our entire stay, and it was painfully slow. We waited as long as 20 minutes at times for an elevator. It is intolerable in a 40 story building to have only one elevator for everyone to share - guests, housekeeping staff and permanent residents. People talk to each other while waiting in the lobby and while on the elevator. Everyone had a horror story about how long they had to wait, how long the faulty elevator had been out of service, how slow the one remaining elevator took. There was never anyone in the manager's office in the lobby to complain to or at least sympathize with the slow service. As for the room itself, the shower dripped constantly, the kitchen space was pullman space size, and the silverware drawer had one spoon and three forks. The TV had 4 remotes, with no instructions on operation. I finally got the one PBS station to work, but couldn't get any other channel. These things are fairly minor gripes, but the elevator is a deal breaker in a high rise unit and dangerous for any emergency that may happen. This is a MAJOR law suit waiting to happen. How are emergency responders supposed to care for someone without an immediate way to get to them?

Fantastic View

We found the condo to be as described with a stunning view and gorgeous sunsets. However we are giving a low review due to the inconveniences we experienced and the lack of communication or problem solving by the owner. When we first arrived we were unable to access our apartment which was on the 24th floor due to both of the elevators not working. We called the owner and after explaining the situation had to ask to be compensated for another room if needed as there was no offer forthcoming from him. We went and watched the fireworks, had dinner and arrived back by 10:30 pm totally exhausted by the long day of travel to discover one of the elevators was now working and we were able to access our room. Apparently the attendant had had to climb 40 floors to reset the elevator, the second elevator did not function the entire time we were there, 9 days. According to others who lived in the condo and those who made deliveries, the elevators frequently break down and as a result we spent a lot of time waiting for the elevator. Also due to the small size of the condo and the large fridge I broke my finger by opening the fridge door and having my finger pinned against the wall. When we informed the owner he did not even respond to my email. My husband and I travel extensively and on occasion have had some issues arise, we have never had an owner not respond even if only to find out if there was anything they could do or offer in terms of support. I was stunned by this lack of communication and would not recommend this property for these reasons.

The condo is just 5 blocks from a beautiful beach. It is a bonus that parking is included. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small. It was nice to have a washer and dryer right in the room

Amazing views and location

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it won’t be the last! It is right across the street from Friday night Fireworks, a 5 minute walk to the Ala Mona Mall and a 10 minute walk to the Ala Mona Beach Park. The condo was clean and had everything you would need…full kitchen, washer and dryer and a parking spot.

Perfect area to get to everywhere

This was a great stay. When I vacation I don’t do luxury as I like to venture out. This is the perfect place to make your vacation amazing. Great view, quiet, everything you need. Wash your clothes, make your breakfast or any meal needed if you don’t want to spend all your money in Waikiki restaurants. I can only complain of wifi being an issue but it just made me leave the room to venture out. Perfect place for a couple to shower and recharge for the next days adventure! I plan to come back on my next Hawaii trip. I’ve told all my friends about it and they plan on it as well.
