A very quiet house that sleeps 10 people. Master has a CA King wooden poster bed with private bath and shower and private entrance to the patio. 2nd bedroom has a CA King wooden poster bed with a full closet. 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds (1 full bed & 1 twin bed) with a private entrance to the patio. Enjoy BBQ outside on the back covered patio. Price is per 2 occupants per night. Additional guests are $10.00 per night.

We are located only 25 miles from the SOUTH GATE ENTRANCE of YOSEMITE National Park and 20 minutes to BASS LAKE.

"Huron Ranch House" is 1 mile off of Highway 41 and is in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the night life at Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino only 1 mile away. It has a variety of restaurants and gas stations to choose from that are open 24/7. It has a small pond just a short walk from the house. It is fully equipped and ready for your family vacation! The kitchen has all appliances and cookware needed to cook a gourmet meal. The dining room table seats 4 with room for 4 more in the living room are on TV trays. Enjoy a movie on the 50" LED TV with cable and roku. The master bedroom has a king bed, LCD TV and attached full bathroom. At the other end of the house you will find another bedroom that will sleep 6. Relax and enjoy a BBQ on the back patio and enjoy a game of ping pong.

Yosemite Lakes Park is 7 miles away and also has a golf course, restaurants and from May thru September they have live music by the lake for the whole family to enjoy for "free". Popcorn, BBQ and Popsicles for the kids.

*Note that this is a quiet family community, disruptive behavior is not tolerated.

Sorry but there are no early check-ins, late check-outs, dropping off items before check-in no exceptions. The housekeepers need from 10 AM to 4 PM to properly prepare the home for your stay.

There was a little confusion when checking in. As the owner did not know we had booked the property. So it had not been cleaned. But once we called them, they took care of it and we had a great stay.

Beautiful, clean house in quiet community

Comfortably accommodated or party of 8. With 3 bedrooms, one with two bunk beds, we did not lack for beds or blankets. There could have been more sugar in the kitchen. I believe the living room fireplace will be fixed soon. Other than these, we had a great time (we stayed one night). The host responded immediately to our requests. Internet speeds were good enough for watching Amazon prime TV shows (there is a Roku box) . We got to see a family of deer right outside the property in the morning.

Vacation/ house search

When we got there, there was a problem with the house key. But the owner was there quickly and gave us the correct key. The area and home was peaceful, and we saw plenty of deer and the neighborhood cats.. although the kitchen was dirty and there were spider and Cobb Webb’s in the living room and master bedroom and The bed was uncomfortable .there was no cleaning supplies to wipe off the counters or to be able to do laundry. Which is one of the reasons I chose this place. My husband and I travel few times a year staying at various short term rentals and this rental was not a 100 percent to my liking.

Great Place to Stay!

We stayed only 1 night to see a show at Chuckchansi Casino on Saturday Night and then a day trip to Yosemite on Sunday. The house accomodated 5 adults with no problems. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a one night stay. Very close to the casino and entrance to Yosemite.

Near Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake, North Fork (exact center of California), Historic Mariposa and a lot of other exciting things to explore.

This property is located in a very quite neighborhood and offers a family a chance to make memories. It is fenced with a gate, outdoor lighting and is very spacious for a family or a group of 10. It is close to a casino, lakes, hiking, fishing and a national park to explore. There are a lot of things to do in this area if you are an explorer or just enjoy the peace and quite and read a book or watch a movie. A perfect getaway place!!!
