Exactly as described but better. Very comfortable, spotless clean, well equipped and quiet. Quail and deer in the yard were a bonus. Host responded quickly to messages. We were pleasantly surprised by Thornhurst the nearest big town. Some good restaurants and everything else we needed. This was our base for exploring Yosemite and it worked out well. Thanks.

Independence Day Vaca

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the cozy cabin. The cabin is amazing. Every amenity you can think of and the hostess is super! The location is great, you have both Bass Lake and Yosemite a short drive away. Grocery stores are within a 15 minute drive and plenty of restaurants. The location is so quiet and neighbors are great. Thank you again for a great stay.

Cozy Cabin for a Great Week at the Lake

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin is so cozy and has fun nostalgic decor throughout. Chris and Jen are excellent hosts who provided so many amenities and bonus items to make the experience special. There were even toys and lots of games for our kids to enjoy. The couches and beds are super comfy, and having AC in all the rooms was great. Can’t wait to come back to Bass Lake!

This is a beautiful cabin and not too far from the lake they’ve really taken their time to decorate the cabin so cozy so cute. I fell in love with it. Thank you for taking the time to personalize everything. We loved our stay there and had a great time.

Perfect getaway

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Perfect location to the lake. It was also in a great neighborhood and had everything we could possibly need. Wonderful cabin in the woods

My family had a wonderful time in this cabin. We were able to do some hiking and have a beach day by the lake. Other friends were camping nearby and we could easily go back back-and-forth between their campsite and our cabin for respite. The beds were very comfortable. There is air conditioning in almost every room for hot summer nights. I would come back. The hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Jen’s home was a fantastic getaway for a Yosemite-home base. About an hour drive from the valley and with all the essentials you need to rest and relax after a long day of exploring. Kitchen had all the essentials and beds were comfy. Would return!

Comfy Cozy Cabin

My husband and I spent a week in this very charming and cozy home. It definitely has that cabin feeling that we wanted, while providing all the amenities of home. This home is well maintained and the decor is quaint. It's located only one mile or so from Bass Lake, so the daily trek to the lake was quick and easy. Nice Family Weekend

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two boys (12 and 17) and my parents who are in their seventies. The property is very well supplied and very clean. Would definitely recommend.
