Great apartment

Absolutely loved staying here. Apartment is clean, bright and well positioned. Decorated in a very simple and modern style. Communication with host/management is excellent. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable, updated flat close to beach

Elena and Francesca are fantastic hosts—responsive and welcoming. The flat is 200 yards from the beach with easy access to Vieux Port Antibes. The flat has all modern amenities.

Perfect location

I booked this for my son and his family. The location was perfect. Elena, the host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was in a quiet location, a very short distance to the beach and the bus stop. A nice walk into the old town and to the nearby lighthouse. Juan Train station is around a 20 minute walk via a hill or Antibes’s-train station is slightly further but a level walk. The pool was a nice touch, however the weather was not as it should have been so did not actually use the pool. We highly recommend Elena’s apartment

Vom ersten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns WohlgefĂŒhl in dieser gerĂ€umigen modernen Wohnung.Alles -bis auf TV- hat gut funktioniert.GlĂŒcklicherweise gab es Heizung fĂŒr einige ziemlich kĂŒhle Tage. In Francesca hatten wir eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Hostess ,die uns gute RatschlĂ€ge geben konnte.Vielen Dank, wir kommen vielleicht wieder hierher.Hoffentlich!

De la rue le portail ne paye pas de mine, mais une fois dans l’appartement on tombe sous le charme. La dĂ©coration est jolie et sobre (pas trop de babioles Ă  protĂ©ger avec des enfants c’est parfait). L’appartement est fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ© et il y avait suffisamment de place pour 2 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bĂ©bĂ©.

Eine hervorragende Wohnung in sehr guter Lage zu einem angemessenen Preis im sehr teuren Antibes

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief bei der Buchung wie auch beim Aufenthalt sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist supermodern und neu eingerichtet und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Beleuchtung der Wohnung ist vollstĂ€ndig mit LED's gestaltet, die sogar teilweise in verschiedenen Farben eingeschaltet werden kann.Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz ist auf dem GrundstĂŒck vorhanden. Ein kleiner Pool befindet sich ebenfalls im Garten. Die im Parterre liegende Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Terrasse. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Klimaanlagen. Positiv ist, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind. Die Wohnung liegt fußlĂ€ufig zur Altstadt, nach Juan-Les-Pins und der schöne kleine, aber feine Sandstrand ist in drei Minuten erreicht. Der Zustand der Wohnung sowie die Sauberkeit sind außergewöhnlich gut.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. (Der Safe könnte grĂ¶ĂŸer sein.) Ruhige Lage. Schöne Terrasse. Zehn Minuten zum Strand. Parken auf abgeschlossenem GrundstĂŒck. Francesca, die Verwalterin, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

tres bien situé et confortable!

un joli appartement bénéficiant d'un extérieur, trÚs bien situé avec possibilité de se garer, ce qui est parfois difficile à Antibes, et une terrasse avec Barbecue, au calme, ensuite tour du cap d'Antibes et visite de la vieille ville à pied, dans un cadre agréable. Quelques bémols: pas de chaises extérieure, et la douche sans pommeau mobile, à faible débit avec de l'eau chaude limitée aussi dÚs lors que la douche dure un peu ou que les douches s'enchainent.

Leuk appartement!

Mooi en modern appartement. Zonnig terras en vlak bij zee. Ondanks ons vroege vertrek door Corona hebben we toch een paar fijne zonnige dagen gehad in een zeer mooie omgeving.

Eine gute Wahl

Die gut ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage. Der schöne Sandstrand ist in der NĂ€he und das Stadtzentrum ist mit Bus oder auch zu Fuss leicht erreichbar. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Der freundliche Empfang bei der WohnungsĂŒbergabe sorgte gleich fĂŒr einen guten Start in unseren Urlaub. Alles zusammen kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.
