Relaxed Holidays

The flat is situated between Juan les Pins and Antibes. Everything you need (shops, restaurants, beaches, ...) is in walking distance. There is a secluded terrace for undisturbed sunbathing and enyoing outdoor meals. We loved the place and would love to return next year.

Perfect house in Antibes

Me and my husband and our two dogs have just returned from from two fantastic weeks in this gorgeous house with lovely garden in Antibes. The house was very comfortable with everything you could possibly want for your stay. Especially the air conditioning… amazing …. It was exceptionally clean and having towels and bed lining a real plus. The house is located In walking distance of beaches and restaurants so you do not need to move your car from its private parking spot. The garden was well equipped with bbq and a great shaded area with table/chairs sun loungers. It is very secure for your dogs and in a nice quiet area. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this gorgeous property.

Très bien

Malgré un temps des plus démoralisant nous avons apprécié notre séjour et le temps passé dans le logement à Antibes. Celui-ci est très bien équipé, bien situé (accès à pied au centre ville en 10 minutes) et la place de stationnement est un atout. L'accueil et l'accompagnement à l'installation ont été parfaits, professionnels et chaleureux. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité de la terrasse mais les belles plantes qui l'ornent ont eu au moins à boire pour quelques semaines.

Fantastique!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement est très confortable et équipé de toutes les commodités. Le jardin est un conte de fées et c'était merveilleux qu'Antibes et Juan les Pins soient à une si courte distance de marche. Notre chien a également apprécié et nous serions ravis de revenir bientôt.

Excellent séjour de 4 semaines en janvier et février

Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Antibes et la région. Le climat, le logement, l'emplacement sont incomparables. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix : le slogan comme chez soi de l'annonce est devenu un "comme chez moi" tant la cuisine et son équipement hyper complet, les électro-ménagers - rien ne manque. La salle de bains est fonctionnelle - l'eau chaude coule en abondance. Vu la période hivernale, le salon - salle à manger nous a paru un peu sombre (éclairage à renforcer) - contrairement à l'espace jardin qui est exceptionnel sous le soleil. Nous avons pu déjeuner en terrasse tous les jours. Pour un logement de vacances, la literie est hyper confortable.

Wunderbares Apartment in perfekter Lage

Die Foto werden dem Apartment nicht gerecht. Es ist viel schöner. Es gibt genügend Stauraum und scharfe Messer. Außerdem hat es eines, der bequemsten Betten, in denen ich je geschlafen habe. Check In und -Out waren reibungslos und Jean Baptiste hat sich super um uns gekümmert. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Wenn man es ruhiger mag, kann man nach Antibes und etwas sightseeing machen und dort in den Restaurants schlemmen. Mag man mehr Trubel, einfach statt rechts, nach links abbiegen und in Juan les Pins abends in die Cafés und Bar gehen. Wir waren ohne Auto und mit einem kleinen Kind (18 Monate) dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Einziges Manko war, dass es so kurz war. Nächstes Mal bleiben wir länger. Vielen Dank!

Un séjour idéal

Tout est parfait. Appartement très agréable et idéalement situé. Très bien équipé, la terrasse aménagé avec goût est "la cerise sur le gâteau". Par ailleurs, le contact avec les propriétaires est parfait et l'accueil sur place au top.

Bel emplacement

Emplacement idéal pour Antibes (cap d'antibes, St juan, Antibes). 1 Place de parking en proximité. Logement agréable avec terrasse au sud bien aménagée. Seul bémol, un peu de vétusté coté espace douche (baignoire avec rideau à l'ancienne et joints fatigués). Le reste était satisfaisant pour un séjour d'une semaine. Très bel accueil par les hotes. Le soleil était au RDV, très belles vacances.

First rate apartment Antibes

The apartment has an excellent location, close to Antibes and Juan Les Pins, and 25 minutes walk from La Garoupe. It is set back from a busy Boulevard, and the traffic noise is muted. There is secure parking. The apartment is well equipped, tastefully furnished and comfortable, certainly for 2-3 adults. There is an large and attractive outdoor area, generally catching the sun. Francoise was charming and always helpful in dealing with our (few) requests.

Riposo

La casa è in una posizione ottima, a piede si arriva in spiaggia a 10 minuti. La strada è poco trafficata ed è la via regia per accedere a Cap d'Antibes e le sue spiagge, piccole la maggior parte sempre occupate. Nonostante ci siano state altre affittuari si è goduto di calma e riposo; mai problemi durante la notte. La casa è equipaggiata con tutte le comodità, elettrodomestici nuovi, wi fi, e tutto il necessario per la quotidianità. Sicuramente torneremmo; non in pieno agosto dato che ad Antibes c'era troppa gente e abbiamo notato che è calata la qualità dell'attenzione al turista (code dappertutto, aspettare 40 minuti fra un antipasto e un primo, traffico impazzito); tranne questo è un ottimo posto di vacanze.

Très bon séjour !!!!

L'appartement est très convivial et la terrasse totalement isolé de l'extérieur un atout supplémentaire. Antibes et ses plages sont à 5 minutes à pied, Juan les Pins à 10 minutes à pied, ce qui rend cette location très attractive. Accueil parfait de notre hôte et région vraiment très belle.

La location est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement en rez de jardin est idéalement situé, plusieurs plages à proximité (5 minutes à pieds) et de nombreux sites à visiter aux alentours. La terrasse ombragé et la place de parking sont un plus . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci à Françoise pour son accueil et ses conseils judicieux pour la découverte de la région. Nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander cette location.

Location agréable, calme et spacieuse

Nous avons passé 15 jours en juillet 2016 dans cet appartement et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse et sa douche extérieure très pratique après la plage. Grâce au store, nous avons pu vivre dehors du matin au soir à l'abri du soleil et des regards. L' appartement est idéalement situé proche des commerces et de la plage: nous avons tout fait à pied avec des enfants. L'intérieur de l'appartement est confortable, calme et bien équipé. Enfin, nous avons été bien accueillis par la personne chargée de la remise des clefs. Une adresse à recommander et où nous ne manquerons pas de retourner.

Nous sommes très content. Appartement très agréable, nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors sur la terrasse. Nous allions à la plage à pied 5 minutes très pratique pas besoin de sortir la voiture qui a un emplacement réservé. Carole qui nous reçoit à notre arrivée est très sympathique. Nous sommes pas loin de Cannes, Nice. Nous recommanderions sans hésitation cette location.

Casa accogliente e ben organizzata, situata in un zona tranquilla e silenziosa, massima riservatezza, cortile interno privato per pranzare e cenare all'aperto. 500 mt dalla spiaggia pubblica della città, attrezzata di doccia , salvataggio e bar. Ottimo posto per vacanza relax.
