This adorable cottage is only three blocks from campus and is in the best neighborhood in Lubbock! J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, and a neighborhood grocery store are all just blocks away. Only one block from Tech Terrace park, which offers a great walking track. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, as is the laundry room. This home includes off-street parking and a great backyard where you can play ping pong or enjoy dinner outside. Enjoy living like a local during your time in Lubbock!

We were coming for a Tech campus tour and the place is just a few minutes from campus. It’s a great place, clean and homey - preferable to a hotel room. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with.

This house was a beautiful little cottage style home with the cutest decor, very clean, and super comfy. Beds were comfortable, and there were so many fluffy pillows! A fenced in backyard with a ping-pong table! So much fun! And it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Lee, the host, was very nice and communicated efficiently! We will definitely be back!

This cute little cottage was a great place to stay. I brought my daughter to attend her orientation at TT. It was clean and very comfortable. A/C worked great. Quiet street. Safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house was perfect for our needs. We were just passing through and needed a place for the night. It was clean and the sheets were soft. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of it but there was a ping pong table in the back.
