Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not strip the beds, just leave the beds unmade and dirty towels in the bathtub. Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start. Please leave the dishwasher on quick wash.
The trash needs to be taken to the dumpster in the alley behind the house. Set the thermostat to 60 degrees if the heat is on and 75 degrees if the AC is on.
If you use the bbq grill make sure the gas is turned off after use. If you lock the garage door from the inside please unlock it before checking out. Check out time is 11am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a wonderful family time while visiting Texas Tech with our daughter. The house had everything we needed as we packed light for our roadtrip. We even had coffee which helped to get on the road fast. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well!. The patio made it easy and spacious for him.

This was our second stay and we will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Lubbock. The host is so amazing and easy to communicate with as well as getting back to us quickly with any questions we had. Location was awesome as we went to Texas Tech for several days in a row.

We stay here with our dogs every time we come to Lubbock. The neighborhood is good for walking the dogs. There is a nearby park that we like to walk around. Kim is very responsive. We will be back!

Stayed here to move my freshman into Tech. Host was great with communication. Location was convenient and having the 2 car garage was a major benefit. Great interior space. Only cons were minor - annoying barking dog next door, patio area needs a good cleaning and new rug. Both bathrooms could use new hardware in the showers - it was hard to figure out the hot water in the master bath when the handle never stopped spinning. Overall experience was very good and I’d stay here again.
