Country house with excellent outdoor areas, outstanding pool. The house is situated in a small village about 10-15 minutes from the Adriatic Sea with ample beach possibilities. 3 bedrooms with abundant room.

Maison un peu isolée mais très belle avec un grand et beau parc, et très propre et confortable, beaucoup de charme.Le propriétaire est très sympatique.La grande piscine est superbe, et la vue magnifique. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très reposantes en famille.La plage de Marina Palmense est à 15 minutes en voiture. Elle est très propre et peu fréquentée.La région est en outre superbe.

Un bien bel endroit

La maison est perdue sur un flan de colline à 290m d'altitude et domine la région avec vue sur la mer. La maison en elle même est simple un effort sur la clim ne serait pas un luxe même remarque sur la vaisselle (pas de verre à vin par ex). Mais pour les amoureux de la nature cela ne pose pas trop de problème ! Hirondelles, rapaces, lézards, grenouilles etc..jamais vu autant qu'à Lapedona. La piscine est très agréable et spacieuse...Le petit magasin à 500 mètres (Luigi) vous y trouver un peu de tout et pas plus cher que dans les grandes enseignes...Poto San Giorgo à 10 minutes de voiture est une très chouette station balnéaire.

Heerlijk huis met zwembad

Foto's doen tekort aan het huis en de omgeving. Huis is groot en met veel plekjes zodat je uit de zon kan lunchen en zitten. Lekker zwembad en heerlijk rustige omgeving. Grote tuin met diverse bomen (fruit en olijf) en struiken. Echt een plek waar je prima kunt vertoeven en tot rust kan komen. Omgeving is prachtig met de zee op goed bereikbare afstand waar het prima vertoeven is.

La famiglia Wieger si è dimostrata molto affabile fin dal primo momento anche se con qualche difficoltà da parte nostra per la lingua. Hanno avuto molta attenzione per la casa che hanno lasciato veramente pulita. Grazie e speriamo di rivederci. Rosanna

A truly wonderful villa with a large private garden!

We stayed in the villa for one week as a family of parents and two teenagers plus a dog. There was plenty of room, the house is beautifully decorated and very clean. All arrangements were easily made and we had a lovely time. The pool is fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped and in general everything necessary was provided. We didn't miss air-conditioning even if it was a warm July, but at times it was a bit tricky to find Internet network for communicating with Rosanna by email. All was beautiful, lovely and pleasant. We highly recommend staying at Rosanna's!

Amazing villa and family holiday

This Villa really was truly amazing. The photos do not show how truly beautiful this home is. Our family of 5 were blown away by this little gem. Rosanna and Maria (English Speaking) greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The house is very well equipped with everything that you would possibly need. The villa is set on a large plot, with beautiful views towards the sea. The swimming pool was a brilliant size and kept all three children very happy. The swimming pool was regularly cleaned and the added shelter was delightful during the midday sun. The area was beautiful, within a few minutes you could be on the beach or up in an ancient village. Lapedona was delightful, and there were lots of delightful restaurants locally. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and will definitely be returning. Thank you so very much Rosanna for having us!

Vacanze meravigliose con la famiglia e il nostro cane

11 giorni indimenticabili nelle colline di Fermo, due famiglie con 4 ragazzi (15-17 anni) e un cane. Il posto gode di una posizione privilegiata con vista sul mare e sulle colline. E' perfetto se si va in vacanza con il proprio cane (spazi aperti enormi), posizione della casa strategica se si vuole godere sia del mare che delle bellezze dei paesaggi e borghi interni (tutte le informazioni su cosa vedere, fare e mangiare disponibili nella casa). La casa si trova in un posto tranquillo e lontano dal traffico vacanziero (dal vicinato sentivamo solo le mucche). La piscina molto grande utilizzata ogni giorno da tutti i componenti della famiglia , non solo ci ha permesso di rinfrescarci nelle giornate calde , ma anche di praticare dello sport. La casa e' dotata di tutti i confort come descritto nell' inserzione. La mancanza del WIFI e una non buona copertura di rete , che inizialmente ci era sembrato un lato negativo della casa, e' stato invece ben accolto da tutti i componenti delle due famiglie , soprattutto dai ragazzi favorendo la socializzazione e la creativita' nelle attivita' organizzate. Ritorneremo sicuramente e volentieri.

Casale bellissimo!

Casale bellissimo. Grandi spazi aperti in cui i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e i papà si sono deliziati facendo diversi barbecue. Piscina fantastica, vista meravigliosa. Torneremo sicuramente.
