Wonderful day! Meg was extremely communicative every time we reached out. Amazing view from the deck. Very comfortable place to stay for our family and two young girls. We especially enjoyed the sand pool for the toddler and three-year-old. Kitchen was well stocked for making breakfast and lunches. We would stay here again.

Loved the condo! The location right on the beach was amazing for a special trip for our family. The walking path along the beach was great for a morning stroll. Our view from the balcony was perfection!

We loved our stay at the beach villas. From booking to check out everything went smoothly. I have not been able to find a better appointed beachfront condo on Oahu, Maui or Kauai. The view is second to none and the sandy beach is great.The price is comparable to similar condos on the islands.We had a small glitch with the air-conditioning in our unit and Meg was quick to respond and get maintenance in to fix things.The only real disaster was when an electrical malfunction happened that caused our entire building to go dark for 24 hours. (This had never happened on this property since it was built.) Again I contacted Meg and she searched for another unoccupied unit for us to temporarily use until the issue was resolved.Meg and her on-site assistant Shane took care of all of our needs throughout our stay to make our week the best imaginable. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful property again.

What a great property to vacation. We definitely want to return. Made a quick stop at store for food and coffee and were able to make several meals at the condo. All utensils were available for use. They also have several nice BBQ grills outside that were cleaned daily by staff. You can’t visit Hawaii and spend all of your time in your room, but this condo was so nice we spent every evening on the Lanai watching the sun drop and enjoying the ocean sounds. 5 stars!

Breathtaking view of Pacific Ocean from all rooms. Photos do not capture how stunning it is. Makes you not want to leave the villa to explore the island when there is that amazing view to enjoy! Check in through check out exceeded expectations and the property was very nice. In close proximity from other hotels for dining, close to the marina for ocean excursions. Owners provide extras like beach chairs and a wagon to carry them down to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. Had a great experience, thank you! We would love to come back and were sad to leave!

Best View in Ko Olina!

This is by far the best view in Ko Olina. Check in process was a breeze and Nicole (POC) is super nice and accommodating. Next time I come back to Ko Olina, this is the only place I would stay at.

Amazing view

The view from the lanai was the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed many meals watching the waves and the whales. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything e needed.

Very easy check in, many amenities at the hotel, beach chairs in condo. Very clean and chill vibe. Staff is very friendly. Great communication between property management company and me. We felt cared for during our stay. Will come back again. The lanai views were priceless.

Perfect condo in the lagoon

Best oceanfront place we have ever stayed. Lagoon location is great, pools were comfortable and never crowded. Easy to walk to Disney lagoon when looking for more crowds. Cooking and eating dinners on the lanai were amazing. In future we will only stay at the beach villas when coming to ko olina.

Excellent Beach Rental

Ko-Olina is an excellent alternative to Waikiki and We have been vacationing there since before Disney arrived. This was our first time staying at the Beach Villas property and this may be the best unit there? It’s on the top floor of the front facing units and has a large Lanai with spectacular views.

The property in a whole was nice. Access to the ocean and pools were great. The room had a great view. Roomy enough for the 6 of us. The beds weren’t that comfortable for what is expected from a room like that.

Best view at Beach Villas

The unit has the most spectacular view at the beach villas! Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Lots of beach toys to choose from. We will definitely be back to this unit.
