The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
This 8th-floor villa in the Ocean Tower offers direct ocean views and accommodations for up to 6 guests.
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed with a 5-piece bath featuring a deep tub, double sinks, and a walk-in shower, and a small lanai off the master bedroom, facing the mountains
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds, which can be converted to a king upon request.

Additional amenities include:
- Sofa bed in the living room
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
- TVs and Wi-Fi capabilities in the living area and each bedroom

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Please be aware that vacant hotel sites on either side of the property may undergo development in the future. Fall Vaca - we loved it!

Perfect location in Ko Olina for a family. Close to restaurants and shops for necessities, but the resort itself is quiet and not overly crowded. Pools are great and the adjacency to the lagoon was perfection. Kids wanted to move in! We will be back!

We have stayed at Ko Olina before in another unit. Since our family has grown, it has become more difficult to find a unit in our budget. This one got the bill.

Had 2 condos at this resort, both were clean, well stocked with dishes, games, beach items. Secure bldg that has onsite staff 24 hours. Loved it so much we are looking to purchase one ourselves.

Family Vacation.

Me and my family ( 7 in total ) stayed on this property. It was absolutely amazing. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The views was beautiful. The bed were comfortable. Every morning I sat on the balcony and ate breakfast. Every night I sat on the balcony and just chilled. It has truly been an amazing trip. Will most definitely stay here again if we are able to 😀

Magnificent!!

Spent the month of January here and couldn’t be happier with EVERYTHING! The condo is exquisite with everything you could ever want. Beautiful view, lovely pools, incredible beach, close to shopping, great for daily strolls and exercise along the beach and it is so peaceful. We had a couple of minor issues and the property manager addressed them immediately, just as you would expect. We are already inquiring about staying again for a month!! Book here, you will have NO regrets!!

Oahu Condo

The communication from the guest services representative was great. She contacted me a few days before we arrived, very friendly and provided clear direction. She met us onsite and gave a quick run down of the unit. While the unit is perfect for families, it needs a refresh including a paint job, updated washer and dryer (not energy efficient, very old, and rust on the interior when you open the dryer door) and other things as outlined in the review. The master bedroom need new pillows (both sleep and decorative), and a new king mattress as is caves in the middle. The second bedroom is much smaller, and also needs new mattresses. The living room furniture and rug are worn and has stains. The outdoor patio furniture also has stains, faded and worn cushions, and the faux plants need to be replaced. The kitchen and living room sofa have ants, yes, ants! We communicated with the property management company and was told that maintenance would come and spray the unit while were out. When we returned, we still saw ants. Maintenance came back, looked around and said an expert would need to be called, but gave no indication when that would happen. The master bath has soap scum on the glass shower door and the shower tile has definitely seen better days (this is how it looked when we arrived). The pictures are a misrepresentation of the unit because the living room furniture is different, the mattress looks firm (it’s not) and the patio furniture cushions looks new in the pictures, but there not. In terms of the overall property, we had to park in another building; be sure to stay in the lines or you’ll get a notice. All the poolside beach chair cushions need to be replaced, very worn. There’s a poolside bar, but I don’t think they sell food. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. My family and I were incredibly disappointed in the condition of the unit.

Great place for a family vacation!

This condo was the perfect size for our family of four. And it's well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need for meals. There are coolers, beach chairs, and beach toys. The condo has a great view of the pool areas and ocean. The host was very helpful checking us in. The location is great because the beach doesn't get as busy as others, and it's an easy drive to the sites of the island. There are also places to go within walking distance. The walking path along the lagoons is wonderful. The best part of our trip were the spectacular sunsets!

We live in the resort in the Kai Lani Neighborhood, so we are close by and can put you in touch with people to help you make arrangements for snorkeling, diving or fishing while you are out here.

Why they chose this property

I watched the Beach Villas be built from the ground up and worked with several people who were also interested in the Beach Villas as they became finished, many of which we also offer for use thru our office. The Villas are unique with their location on Lagoon #2 of 4 in Ko Olina and have everything that I was looking for in a resort property.

What makes this property unique

When we meet you at the entrance and show you around, you will feel as though you are arriving at a luxury resort because you are : ) Impeccable grounds, friendly staff available for questions and to make you feel at home. You'll find lots of ideas of how to spend some time on Oahu. I don't think you will feel like you don't know what to do or who to ask if you have any questions. The walking trails meander along the four lagoons with restaurants and watering holes along the way. At the end of the trail is the Ko Olina Marina where you can take fishing, snorkeling or diving charters. If you like to hike, Honolulu has great trails. If you like to surf, you can take lessons here on the Leeward side or Waikiki or at the famous Northshore. Shopping, Dining, Exploring and Relaxing should fill in your days and you may find yourselves saying... 'We hate to leave!'
