18th Hole - 1bedrm/1bath 3 Pools & Hot Tub! Gated Community!

This is a one bed-room luxury condo with a sleeper sofa. It is on located on the 2nd floor with no condo above it. It has 16 stairs to reach the front door. It has a55" Samsung smart TV with (1) 40" smart TV in the bedroom. Cable TV & high speed internet. Washer & Dryer in condo. Full access to fitness center, outdoor and indoor pool, grille & bar, tennis courts and reduced price for 18-hole golf course. Location close to Welk, Table Rock Lake & Branson 76-strip. Address licensed with City of Branson and has passed full Fire Safety and Building Code inspection for your safety and comfort! You can expect an "at-home" experience with brand new stainless steel dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer. We also provide complimentary Branson Bean coffee (Knights Blend Original and Decaf) for the coffee pot provided. This is a coffee has been created by Branson Knights specifically for their guests. You can't buy this blend! It's a delicious local coffee roasted by a local family. We have also installed a USB outlet in the kitchen for your charging convenience! Leave your troubles behind and stretch out in this relaxing premium condo! You have full access to the entire condo during your stay.



The 18th Hole is NOW ACCEPTING DOGS. Dogs over 30lbs are not permitted and certain restrictions do apply. No more than 2 dogs permitted due to The Pointe’s policies. Photo of dog(s) must be sent to Branson Knights prior to acceptance and a $100 non-refundable deposit does apply. 



The Pointe requires that the dog(s) remain leashed while outside the condo and ALL feces is collected and thrown away while walking the dog(s) outside. We require that the dog(s) remained kenneled when no one is inside the condo and the dog(s)stay off the beds and furniture at all times during the entirety of the vacation.

This particular Pointe Royale Luxury Condominium is within a few miles of the Branson 76-strip including Ruby Tuesdays, The Titanic, Clay Cooper Theatre, National Enquirer, Americana Theatre, the Showboat Branson Belle, Table Rock Marina, the Track, Ferris Wheel and Big Foot among others. Everything within the Pointe Royale is within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are available to assist in transportation needs as well as local taxi companies. Everyone is very friendly!



You will find a couple papers on the kitchen counter detailing the house rules and recommendations of local eateries and venues. This will also have the Wi-Fi log-in information.

This condo truly was home away from home. Had everything we needed. Bed was possibly more comfortable than my own at home. Perfect location to pool. We had a few minor questions upon check in and Don was very quick to respond and resolve them. Will definitely stay there again!!

We stayed a week and enjoyed this condo very much. It is in a resort with several condo buildings and nice amenities. Great to see bulb gardens and have lunch on our deck while seeing the golfers. Pickleball courts were well maintained. Kitchen cookware could have been newer and more complete. Don was great with communication and was always available.

Second floor unit. I only say that first in case you need to know. Steps were an easy climb with a landing. Free parking right in front of the unit. Condo deck has view of the 18th fairway on Porte Royale Golf Course. Pool and pickleball courts are super close. Extremely clean unit, bed had a Purple mattress and was very comfortable. Nice sized shower but bathroom vanity was small for all of my wife’s stuff (but fine for me )Huge closet and plenty of drawer space. Owner was great - communication was excellent.

Great Getaway Location

Great one bedroom condo. We loved how close the unit was to the clubhouse (which includes indoor pool, outdoor pool, basketball courts, dining, exercise room, hot tub, and more). The condo was in good shape with updated flooring and kitchen. The size was right for my husband and I, and would also work with our family of 4 for a long weekend getaway because of the pull out couch in the living room. The bed was comfortable and had all of the comforts of home - coffee maker, smart tv's, nice shower, washer/dryer, etc. The owners were also so easy to get a hold of and incredibly responsive via text or phone call if you had issues. The unit was exceptionally cleaned and had a couple snacks and coffee waiting for us. We will definitely be returning to the unit!
