Excellent condo!! The pictures are exactly what you get! It is small but absolutely perfect for a couple! It was clean and the best stocked condo we have ever stayed at! Anna responded quickly to every inquiry... even reaching out to us to be sure we arrived safely and got into the condo without issues!

The Condo was exceptionally clean. There were so many amenities included. Our hostess, Anna was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We also loved the fact we could walk next door to the bar and grill at the club house and enjoy a snack and enjoy the view inside or outside. We will book this Condo again. Just perfect and immaculate for a retired couple.

This was a perfect stay for me and my husband on our way to visit family in Texas. The property was easy to access and just like pictured in the listing. The amenities surrounding the unit were better than described! We were closer to everything. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse restaurant were fantastic!

This was the perfect place for us. We also had our dog and there was a lot of nice grass for him to do his business. The cleanliness of the condo was top notch. There were plenty of plush towels. There was a spice rack. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets. It also included shampoo, body & hand soap along with dish soap. All you have to bring is yourself and clothes. This condo has everything and I would stay here again.

The condo suited our needs perfectly for our family of 3 (very clean, nice linens, everything we needed). We loved all the amenities that the rental had to offer (river access/fishing, trail, tennis/pickleball, pool). Plan to stay again there when we go back next year for new Sight and Sound production!

We enjoyed our stay at Black bear. Everything is just as it is described. Very easy check in and out. Liked how there were extra trash bags and even had plenty of coffee pods. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the golfers and relaxing. The area is quiet and condo is close to the main strip. Loved that there were plenty of towels and washcloths for our stay. Also liked they we were able to do laundry before coming home. Will definitely stay here again.
