Apartment of 40 M2 of full foot located on the sea full south with sight and access 5 'on foot on the famous beach of Luzeronde and immediate access on the beach of Lutins. Perfectly located also for shore fishing. Ideal apartment for a couple and 2 young children, consisting of a double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. Equipped kitchen, independent bathroom, small terrace. The deposit will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you at the end of your stay, unless damage is caused to the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

We loved the location right by the coast path, 5 minutes to the beach in one direction and 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants in the other. This is a lovely apartment, well equipped for a short stay, and Philippe is a great host. We really appreciated his recommendations - particularly where to buy the best oysters! Totally relaxed and recharged after a week, and looking forward already to a return next year.

Haben den Besitzer kennengelernt, welcher sehr umgänglich ist und viel über die historischen Gegebenheiten dieser Insel berichtet konnte. Sehr zu empfehlen die absolute Nähe zum Meer mit den Gezeiten. Dazu die Spaziergänge mit unserm Mini-Schnauzer und dessen Freude mit Sand und Muscheln zu beobachten, toll.

Au delà de nos espérances

Logement agréable et fonctionnel idéalement situé, en bordure de plage, quasiment en cul de sac (calme +++). Accueil sympathique, disponibilité pour conseiller et renseigner. Avons bénéficié (fin septembre) d'un temps exceptionnel, visites le matin, plage et baignade l'après midi. La plage des Lutins comporte des rochers mais se poursuit par la manifique plage de Luzéronde, idéale pour la baignade, une piscine abritée des vents et courants; la plage se poursuit même par une partie naturiste. L'île est très agréable à découvrir avec des paysages et activités variées (agricole, ostréicole, marais salants, zones naturelles et réserves ornithologiques) , le bourg de Noirmoutier très vivant, les courses peuvent se faire à pied à l'Herbaudière en passant par le chemin côtier. Ne manquez pas l'expérience du Gois !
