Newly renovated 610 sq. ft. cottage is now ready for guests; Spacious, shabby chic decor with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. This comfortable space is very private & located behind our home and garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 but does include a comfortable Lazy Boy sofa sleeper for extra guests. Located in one of Santa Rosa's most desirable neighborhoods, very safe and close to restaurants, wineries, parks and fun places to explore. 10 min drive to downtown Santa Rosa.

We love to share our home and cottage with others. With our kids all grown and out of the house, we've decided that hosting with Airbnb and VRBO is a perfect fit for us. We love to camp in our hybrid trailer and hang in our double hammock over rivers. We've been married since 1979 and enjoy working together. Glen is an avid backpacker, bike rider and outdoor kind of guy while Dawna loves hostessing, our rose garden and nurturing the many birds we have on the property.

Why they chose this property

This is property that's been in the family since 1919 when Glen's family moved here. We built our home in 1992 and added the garage with the cottage behind it in 2002.

What makes this property unique

We live next door in our home and are available if needed, but give our tenant the privacy that living in the cottage affords. It's a separate unit behind our garage.
