Shabby Chic , meets farmhouse sleek. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 2 car garage. All amenities just bring your toothbrush. 2 outdoor patios, large fenced in backyard. Full kitchen, formal dining, basement has a pool table, fooseball and fireplace. Close to the Kansas State Fair. Kansas Cosmosphere and the Strataca Salt Museum. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and nice walking trails. Master bedroom has a king bed. 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed and a crib in the room. The 3rd Bedroom is in the basement ( does not have an egress window ) Queen bed.

Great property!

Very clean and matched description and pictures. Was perfect for our family of 4 and our furry friends. Fenced in back yard was great to have for dogs.

The stay was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils needed. I did bring my Ninja and a hand mixer because I needed to make desserts for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding. The dining and living spaces were comfortable and my adult boys enjoyed the pool table and foosball table. It was a perfect spot for us to stay. The hosts were great, helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend with Grandkids

We came to Hutch with Son and family to go to the Salt Mine and Comsosphere. The home was a great part of the stay. It allowed all of us to relax in the evenings and added to the joy of the trip. The home was clean, comfy and we would highly recommend it.

Family Reunion

We had a great time at reunion and was so nice to go back to a beautiful property to relax and spend some one on one time with the siblings that all stayed together. So much room. One of the best stocked kitchens with anything you could need and more!

Great house!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The home was not far from anything in town yet it felt like we were in the county side. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in Hutch! We were curious why everything had a price tag on it because there were somethings we wanted to buy if only we could have gotten it on the airplane.

Weekend getaway

For our little weekend getaway to see the Cosmosphere and visit the sedgwick County zoo, this house was nice. Location was great and we had a great time with a family game night after doing everything we wanted to do.

We were in town for a wedding and found this house to be great for our short stay. Well stocked kitchen, quiet walkable neighborhood, and the kids were happy to find a closet full of toys!

Great Experience

Stellar stay!

The house is welcoming and comfortable! The back yard is huge, well-kept and fenced. The hosts were super easy to work with and communication was stellar. The location was perfect. We were in town for state basketball and spent 3 nights. It was a great experience!

My husband and I stayed at Jim's property and it was perfect for our needs! It's located in a nice, safe neighborhood where we could walk in the cool mornings. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed having a backyard. We will stay again when in the area. Thank you, Jim!

Nice, comfortable house & neighborhood.

Lovely backyard in a relaxing, safe location. Lots of people walking during cool hours. The house is easy to find and located in an area where it’s convenient to get to other parts of Hutchinson., Walgreens, Scooters , convenient stores close.

A Great Place in Hutch

The house is beautifully appointed, the beds are comfortable, plenty of seating for the 5 of us, the kitchen well set up, the back deck is a bit of heaven............we loved it!!

Beautifully decorated "farmhouse" ranch in a quiet and clean neighborhood.

The house was very cozy and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the extra little touches made us feel right at home. I wish we had had a little more time to spend at the house. It was very warm and inviting. We will definitely be renting the home again when we need a place to stay in Hutchinson.
