Pros: Nice area, easy access to major roads, highways, restaurants. House was perfect size for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Cons: One bathroom door did not stay closed. We were unable to use the deck due to something decomposing below. This was not an issue we expected to be addressed immediately, but it definitely made stay less than optimal since we had to come and go through that door.

The house was well kept and cleaned. It was definitely very tiny so it is not for large families. Thankfully we ended up with less people coming with us than we planned. The house was hard to find in the dark, some sort of lighting on the front would have been helpful. The alleyway was also incredibly rough which I know is not the owner's fault but that's where most of the parking was. The beds were comfortable and it served us for exactly what we needed while we were at State Fair.
